"Aunt and Uncle?" I muttered in a low voice when I came to my senses.
Shawn handed me a brown envelope "Open it." He said smiling.
I took the envelope from him and cried even more when I opened it and read what's in there.
"It's yours now, completely. Everything you see is yours and no one will ever take it away from you. Not as long as I'm here." He lovingly said while wiping away my tears.
"How-" I asked. I cannot even find words to ask properly as I look back and forth from the house title and to him.
"I bought it from your relatives, well not that they technically own it, but I paid them still so they'd leave it."
"And they did?!" I asked surprised.
"Babe, it is money they want, not the ranch itself. They've been trying to sell it but they can't find you the sign it away."
"How much did you pay them?" I asked.
