Because of my surprised face she again chuckled and continued.

Huh Ex? she really surprised me for a second. I felt down in the dumps for nothing.
" Your searching for the washroom right"
" Y..yeah" I was tickled pink. sh*t dwag how did she know. Was I that obvious.
Nonetheless she lead me to the washroom. I walked behind her embarrassed and suddenly this question popped in my mind. Why did he choose me instead of such a beautiful and smart secretary?. Ahan... May be that jerk laid a hand on her and she kicked his ass and run away with it. That said it's still confusing .
But she is really a nice person. We talked a lot of stuff about the office on the way back to the hall.
After few hours ( You know when the girls start to talk it's nearly impossible to stop talking quickly😏) our talk was interrupted because someone tapped me on my shoulder. I turned and looked, it was someone i don't know.
" Hey Sam" 😑😑 yup. I'd say without a doubt I'm not surprised anymore and it's like everyone knows me.
" Hello" I turned and greeted him by shaking his hand. Put that aside he really do look familiar. Do I know him?.
" Mr Benjamin " J gasped as she saw the person and quickly bowed to him.
" Who " I asked J with confusion.
She poked my hand to make me realize that he was watching us.
He gave us a sweet smile. Yup Sweet and alluring smile.

That smile........ it's him, the weird man that I bumped on contract signing day.
"You..." I pointed my finger at him without realizing. Before I could complete my sentence J pulled me to her side and whispered.

"Sam do you remember me now " I was too shocked and don't know what to say.
"Uhmmmmm.. sorry sir I didn't recognized you that day " I said it while staying my head down.

"Huh? " then when. what is he talking about.
Suddenly someone called him and he said 'excuse me' and then left me there dumbfounded.
J came closer and touched my shoulders .
" You ok" what you think.
" No I'm not my stomach is crying. It's very hungry "
We both become silent for a moment then burst in to laugh.
" Your really something Sam " she hit my shoulder and continued laughing.
I smiled and followed her to the food booths. Even though I laughed it off my head is filled with lots of questions and that continued floating around without answers.
It's already 10 and I need to go. I began to search for my boss who never kept his promises.
William POV
It's late she might be tired and wanted to go home. It's better to check her.
Suddenly Someone shouted my name from behind. I looked at the direction were the sound come from.
" Uncle !!!!!" a smile curved in my lips .
I walked fast and hugged him.
" Aishhhhhhhhhhhh I told you to stop calling me that "
I released the hug and chuckled
" How have u been uncle "
" I'm good and came back for good "
Sam POV
Finally found him I feeling like crying.
I was bouncing of the walls, I can't wait to go home. Wow look at the way he hugging his uncle. Like a child. Well it's good to see him like that.
I decided to wait for him without disturbing his sweet moment with his uncle.
But on a second thought he really does look handsome today. As a matter of fact he was always been. It would have been better if he had a good behavior.
He is wearing a dazzling sequined jacket and inside is sparkly golden blouse. In a nutshell a total Prince charming. *Sigh
William's POV
"I'm back for good this time and I have things to do " uncle said it while looking at his left side.
I followed his gaze and found Sam there.
So she was there all this time. This woman is unpredictable. I just thought about her and she is here.
"Excuse me uncle. I will talk to you later. There is something I need to do asap" he patted and shook his head in approval.
I walked towards Sam.

Well time is precious but I have nothing to do now so I decided to took my phone and check if someone called or messaged me. Instead of calls there was 2 unread message. One is from Jess

"What are you doing" I jumped in shock and looked up to see the person who just scared the hell out of me. No surprise It's Mr. jerk boss.
"Ah..oh sir I was looking for you "

" No. That's not what I meant. You are misunderstanding it " I tried explained with an
awkward smile.
He walked close to me and then put his hands on my shoulder.
" You can even flirt through the phone right. Wow Sam your capabilities just blew my mind"
" Huh??? " I looked at him with confusion.
When our eyes linked for a second my stupid heart skipped a beat.
"Its .. it's not like that. It's my friend" I said hiding the phone behind me

Sh*t Sam why did you made it so obvious. You should have done it a better way.
"If you are so gud with flirting then do it with our clients, it will do something good for our business" for that comment I gave him a slap with my cold stares.
"What!!. I'm serious" I feel like punching his chuckling face with my fist.
My patience pushed to it's limit.

He is never going to change. I'm just wasting my energy. I pushed his hand from my shoulder. Then stood straight to face him.
" I'm sorry sir I can't never be a secretary like that. And I'm sorry that I can't never be and I'm not beautiful like your previous secretary (even though she is a nice person ) . But you gave me this job with your expectations in me so I won't make you regret in your decision. Then " I bowed and walked towards the entrance leaving him behind.
This time he really crossed the line. I feel so angry and my blood is boiling with anger. I feel like throwing him with all the glasses that used in the party. But it's a gud thing that I'm so good with handling my anger. So all of my anger I passed to my poor purse by pressing it as hard as I could.
As I walked outside . I had this feeling of someone was following me. I started to walk fast. As I increased my steps the footsteps behind me also increased it's speed.
I need to run towards a crowded area. But everywhere is pitch black. I should have waited for him inside. Why did I walked out without thinking. What if he is a molester. When I got the chance I should have learned judo instead of complaining about my stamina.
Within a blink of eyes I was stopped by two strong hands . Before I could scream one muscular hand covered my mouth making me helpless.
