Yizla collapsed, she could no longer take the sight in front of her eyes, her husband's dove white eyes looked into her own azure ones, his cheery lips were ashen grey, instead of an open feast, her beloveds head was offered to her in a silver platter, even in death, these Demons insulted her love, how dreadful of creatures they are, digging up dead from the soil, and decorating their bodies out of poor souls.
The screams of her daughters crying around her were fading away, she felt light in heavy lifting her up, her raw skin rubbing against the silk fabric of Zaphon's shirt, as he rushed to his room placing her on the soft mattress, his jaw tightened as he looked at her grey finish.
"Mumma! Mumma! Wake up."
Cried Simpfene, her eyes swollen as her bottom lips quivering.
Her sister beside her was weeping, uttering half-eaten words, rocking her mother, hoping to wake her.
King Zanthor was furious, who dared to tarnish Silverwing's stature, he ordered his guards to investigate of such horror, but they couldn't find anything, there was no trace of any clue left behind by anybody.
They took the girls and their brother in care of maids, Simpfene lost her consciousness
Freaking out her sister Perifene's dark brown eyes turned to pitch black burning with rage, she refused anyone to come near her sister, sneering at everyone who dared to close even a little distance between them, it was hard to believe that she was an Angels child, with murderous intent leaking out of her.
After a few hours have passed, Yizla her eyes flickered gradually adjusting to the crimson hues around her. The sun in Noxera sets under blood like rays leaving the land with a mirage of blood socked surface.
Her lashes were still heavy with tears, face smitten with pink tints, her hands still shaking from the sight she just held in, with wild eyes she glanced up to Zaphon, who was sitting with his arms crossed his velvet hairs falling on his eyes, the scarlet rays caressing folds of his shirt, his angular jaw set straight with no moment of his lips he glared at Yizla.
She leaped from the bed and held him from the collar of his shirt, slapping him across his face, the sound of her cries mingling with a sharp pang on his right cheek, she kept on hitting and cursing him, he didn't bulge which angered Yizla even more.
"You! You....All killed my beloved, ..you monsters!"
She screamed in his face, but his eyes simply look to mocking her condition, she couldn't take anymore she searched for a weapon around her and reached a vase and was about to strike Zaphon, when he took hold of her hand and pulled her closer as the vase fell on ground and shattered into pieces.
"Get hold of yourself Yizla Aragod, do not forget you have no right to call us monsters," when your people were the one who started this war."
His frosty voice cut deep inside of Yizla's heart.
"Do not justify your actions, you dammed being, nothing could trick my eyes in believing your wickedness."
Flaring her nostrils, she pushed him away.
"Do not touch me, you vermin."
Her words laced with venom.
Zaphon mouth twisted he picked up Yizla and threw her on the bed, climbing on top of her he squashed her face in his one hand and brought it to his own.
"And this Dammed Creature is your husband Yizla, you better accept it in an easy way, or you won't like the hash one."
Hissing in her ear, he jerked her aside leaving with slammed doors.
Yizla was left grieving on velvet sheets her tears seems like blood under drowning crimson light, she closed her eyes and let oblivion consume her.
Perifene was fast asleep beside her sister after long hours of not batting her eyes, she was finally tired at the end and fell into blackness, after all, she was just a child, struggling to live in this cruel world of their lord.
Simpfene opened her hazel eyes, still glossy and swollen, climbing down from her bed, little bare feets stumbled across the lightly lit room before she ran into the puzzled hallways, trying to find her mother she scampered across the icy floor, her ears picking up little noises around her making her round eyes even more watery.
Scrolling down the corridors she came by a large foyer, the noisy sounds of loud voices of metal clanking and growls were disrupting through hard walls, she slowly closed the distance, tiptoeing, peeking inside she saw two young boys brawling violently with swords, both were tall of the same height, but one was little muscular then other his white shirts was smeared with dirt, he was charging beastly at another boy with a black shirt, who shoved the other guy, trying to throw him out, both of them were bleeding from the cuts around their torso and arms but kept on fighting with a smirk on their faces.
"Too slow Valac, still afraid you might hurt me"
A hoarse voice of a boy in a white shirt mocked the other one.
"I don't want to hurt you Jagar veery! ( brother)But my heart is just so soft."
With a Snickering face the lad in a black shirt, rushed into his brother, tossing him on the ground, he was about to strike him with his shape sword when a screeching scream stopped him in midway, both of their gazes gaped at the source of the sound, straightening up the posture they stood breathing heavily looking at pair of terrified hazel eyes, trying to meet their own.
Something in her warm honey eyes steered the senses of Jagar and Valac, their face softening at the sight of this little Angel girl who was trying to hide from them.
Their feet itself couldn't hold the ground as they moved to comfort her, but their movement resulted, her sweet lips to out a scream, jumping up she ran away.
