Lucifer didn't answer for a moment. It was true that he saw humans as simply examples to prove his point of how terrible human nature could be, but he didn't hate them. Not really. No more than a human would hate an ant. Not that he would ever admit it to his brother. So he ignored it and said instead, "The wards don't let me feel what is happening inside those walls."
Michael didn't press further but he did turn to see the building in front of them. "The only way to enter would be for the front door and nothing assures you that there won't be some ward to weaken you."
"They don't have anything that could kill me, not even Mammon has the knowledge."
"You should stop being reckless," Michael's disapproval made him want to roll his eyes.
