Schaffe was waking up in his apartment it had been another year since Schaffe and Phil formed a working partnership with Ian Smokeroach and Alan The Ghoul.
"Man, another day in paradise," Schaffe yawned. He gets up and gets dressed. He puts on a dark green shirt with the word "Monster" written on with navy blue jeans with white shoes.
He heads down to the garage where Ian and Alan are working on a truck.
"Ah, good morning, Boss," said Ian.
"Still calling me that? I feel we are more partners than employer and employee," said Schaffe.
"Nah, I feel it like a good nickname to me," said Ian.
"Whatever makes you happy then," said Schaffe.
"Where Phil?" asked Alan.
"He probably still sleeping. He not an early bird that one," said Schaffe.
"Make sense to me. He sometimes brings home weird girls he picks up from the tavern some night," said Alan.
"Yeah, it's a good thing we got this place and we have our apartments," said Schaffe.
"Well, what is the plan today? I saw a guy putting something in our job mailbox earlier," said Ian.
"We got a job? Hopefully, it's something not dumb to do," said Schaffe.
"Yeah, sometimes these people want the dumbest shit," said Alan. They see Phil come in still tired with the mail.
"Good morning," yawned Phil. He hands Schaffe the letter and makes coffee.
"Alright let's see what it is today," said Schaffe. He opens it and reads it.
"What we got?" asked Phil.
"Well, what I got here is that someone wants us to find a missing person," said Schaffe.
"Sounds pretty easy," said Ian.
"That's what worries me more someone could be using us," said Alan.
"Exactly. Someone could be setting up a trap. We have been making a name for ourselves. So, people would want to take us out," said Phil.
"But we can't just ignore if someone is missing," said Schaffe.
"Yeah, you got a point. Plus, we could hold them hostage for a better price," said Phil.
"Makes me wonder if we are the good guys sometimes," said Ian. They go and get ready and head out where the person went missing.
They reached a farm that was abandoned outside of Albany.
"Man, this place looks like a dump," said Alan.
"Well, we need to find clues of this missing person," said Phil.
"Let's check out the house," said Schaffe. They head over to the old white house and enter it. They look all over and find nothing on the person.
They stood in the barn as it was now noon.
"Damn, we found nothing on this person," said Ian.
"There has…," said Schaffe. They see a bunch of bandits surround the barn.
"Ah, fuck it was a trap," said Phil.
"Well, it seems we have no choice it seems. We need to get back to the truck," said Ian.
"Let's go and make sure we get over there alive," said Alan. They get their guns ready and head out and start shooting at the bandits on their way to the truck. They take out a bunch of them but as soon as they get up to the truck. A bandit comes up to Schaffe with a gun made out of a pipe and shoots at him hitting Schaffe in his left eye and starts to bleed out.
"Ah, shit! Fuck!" Schaffe is in pain holding his face with his left hand.
"Damn it," said Phil as he shoots the bandit in the head and helps Schaffe into the truck and they all drive away.
In the truck as they drive.
"Hang in there, buddy we are almost home," said Phil.
"We need to bring him to a doctor," said Alan.
"I know a doctor a good one. I bring us there now," said Ian.
