The school was huge. The flooring of the hall was clear tile. River of water outlined the hallway flooring.
I was amazed at how big this school actually was. A large window on the left of you that showed the view of the entire Academy. Each floor was projected for a certain rank. So all together there were ten floors.
Walking in this school was as if you were walking into an indoor zen garden.
I wore the uniform they required us to wear. Not comfortable but not uncomfortable. Enough to get me through all three classes. At least I didn't have to wear it in the training class for my last class. I'm sure that would be my favorite.
I get to my class. No one yet. I debated on whether I was too early or not. The teacher began to write something on the hologram board.
Near the giant window was a girl, just sitting there. Her head down. She seemed to be asleep. Her hood covered her head and from her hand, she was pale-skinned. I couldn't see her face. I look behind me. Students barely walking into the class. From what I have seen so far, only like 20 students actually got into the school early.
I slowly walk toward the girl. The teacher looks at me, turning his head away from me and writing more things on the board.
"Morning, Kingsman," he says.
"Uh... morning," I reply.
He looks at me and smiles.
"Here early. Have a seat. I'm glad to have you today. That right there is Kyutie. I'm sure you guys will make good friends." The teacher grabbed a stack of papers and began walking around the room.
It was so nice in here. The desk was perfect, large window Kyutie slept next to. The floors were a golden tile as the lights above were built into the ceiling.
The teacher was tall, long hair, Chinese, pale, and slim. He had a bit of a stubble, nothing too major though.
I take a seat next to Kyutie in the desk. It was cold at first, making me sit slower.
I look around, afraid these desks were assigned. I was so lost. Students began rushing into the class. Mainly guys. The teacher tried calming them all down as the sound of laughter and roughhousing was heard.
I look at each and every person. Jason comes in. I turn my head and look out of the window, afraid he'd say something to me. I didn't want to cause any problems.
"Mr. Han! Wassup, man!" Jason screams. Han smiles and they both shake hands. I look down at Kyutie's desk, seeing her profile. The teacher was passing everyone's paper out. My eyes widen as I realized he's going to make us all introduce ourselves to one another.

________________
For a person so fast, she was so weak.
there was no way Kyutie was just a rank 2 with speed of a goddess. I look forward as students take their seats.
Perhaps she was rank 1. I sat there thinking. Maybe her nickname was Mente. Maybe. It wouldn't hurt me to ask. Or maybe she's so fast to substitute the fact that she's so weak. a self-defense for her body.
"Hey, bihh." Jason walks past me, taking a rolled-up paper and smacking Kyutie in the back of her head.
She lifts her head confused as he sits just behind her.
Students began laughing just before Mr. Han cleared his throat. Kyutie looked as if she had no idea what was going on. She sat up and looked forward after making a three second long eye contact with me.
"My first class of the year. How was everyone's summer with the fam?" Mr. Han asked. Everyone began talking to one another as if we were still in high school.
"Dope!" One says.
"Alright. I want everyone to find someone close to you and introduce yourselves. Someone of you may know each other is, but this is a requirement every year," Han says. I nod my head as everyone found someone almost instantly. I sit there, awkwardly.
I turn my head to Kyutie who had her arms crossed and looking out of the window. I look back up to the teacher who pointed to Kyutie using his head. I swallow and look back at her.
"Hey," I say.
She doesn't even look at me.
I swallow and scoot closer and reach over. My hands shaking as I tap her shoulder. She jumps a little and looks at me.
"Yes?" Kyutie asked. She was so tensed up. I touch my chest.
"Mann Kingsman. You are?" I point to her. She looks at me like I'm stupid for a second. "Kyutie." She introduced. "Such a gay name." Jason Lebanese in and quickly said before walking off towards the teacher.
I couldn't help but to think of Arianna was in this class.
so beautiful. She was the only person on my mind for the past two days of me being here. I haven't seen her since the waiting area.
"You're... fast," I say.
"Oh..." Kyutie replied.
I nod my head.
"I get that a lot," Kyutie replied. I look at her. "You're also a quiet one," I respond. Kyutie shrugged and smiled a little before turning her face away from me.
I smile.
"I heard you are a rank one," Kyutie says.
"I am."
"So is someone else I know. Mente."
I nod. "I have heard a lot about her," I say. Kyutie nodded and looked away, smiling again. "So why are you a 10 in strength and Goddess in speed?" I ask.
Kyutie tried not to make eye contact.
"One hit and I can be taken down. My speed makes up for that. If I wanted to, I could run 8 trillion times faster than light. But somehow, I still lose in the Area Contest," Kyutie answered. I sit closer. "Lose against who?" I ask.
"Mente. She is a 1 in speed, yet she could see my every move. It's part of her power. If something is too faster for her fight on her own, her body will send signals to the brain, dodging or defending that object or person off without her in control. So there is no way I could attack her without her powers taking over on its own. usually, she doesn't try whatsoever." Kyutie looks forward.
I could see why she was a Goddess in the brains. Everything she said was lost.
I raise my eyebrows.
"She's the Daughter of God himself, some say. We still don't know where we get our powers from. Humans think we're the demigods from the Heaven above. Others say we're just lucky," Kyutie added. "I think we're demigods." Kyutie laid her head back down and tucked her face into her arm.
