It's crazy how this whole thing started.
Everyone knows rumors,especially in highschool.
Rumors practically ruled my school.They ran through our veins.It wasn't the rumors themselves that was the problem.No.
The problem was that they were almost always true.No one could keep a secret.And yet we all still tried.
I was new.It had been a week since I started and yet I knew everything.
Like how James;our history teacher had an affair with the principal.Or that Jennifer's body count was way too high.
Michael worked everyday after school because her mother was an alcoholic who spent more money on alcohol than her children.Mike,the football captain is gay and is interested in Brain who claims he's straight but rumors suggest otherwise.
Jenny and her friends came from money but slept around like they were just as cheap as the rest of us.
No one pretended they were something they weren't,because everyone already knew the truth.
Which brings me to our main character.Liam Rodgers.
I know what you're thinking.He's the bad boy who does whatever he wants.And you're right.Expect you're wrong.
I knew all the rumors.And his were the most barbaric.He wasn't the guy who acted like he didn't give a shit.He actually didn't.
Everyone knew who he was.He had no friends and no desire for them.He slept around.He smuggled drugs,was involved in underground fights and shady business.
When I heard the rumors,I thought they were outrageous.I mean seriously.All this shit in one school?no way.
There rumors had to be wrong,at least half of them.But they never were.I know because one day;I heard such rumors and I knew they were true.Because they were about me.
