Chapter 9 - Chapter 8

Its been about 3 or 4 days since I met this girl I don't even know her name I just get her attention by walking up to here. I walk up to her and turn her around and ask, "What's you name? You never told me." She looks at me and says, "Ming but, you can call me Joy" I look at her and ask, " Which would you rather ve called?" She looks at me and says, " Joy I guess. I was usually called Ming by my abusive mom who was japanese and was called joy by my american father." I look at her and say, "Well I love joy." I look at her as she looks up at me blushing. I look away as I hear a guy yell for me saying our walls are getting surrounded by zombies. I look at her and she nods. I run to my van with the guns and issue our fighters with guns and ammo. We get up the wall and start to shoot all the zombies approaching.We have pistols Ak's miniguns and shot guns. We have people who are more hand to hand combat so we give then katanas and they fight in a different area then where we shoot. I was in charge of patrolling units and keeping handle of All guns and ammunition. I'm losing track of how long it has been since it has all started. 8 days I think. I then hear a crash as the front gate crashes down. Zombies start to fill in as the hand to hand fighters go to work. we start making piles of zombies as we are killing them. The gun fighters with pistols head to help the hand to hand fighters. We start to kill and pile up at least hundreds of zombies within an hour of killing. Then the wave just suddenly stops as a loud siren fills the air. The remaining zombies alive turn around lured by the siren. We are left in silence as we begin to fix the gate. It is the next morning when we finally get finished fixing and strengthening the gate. We make the gate heavier by 10 pounds and we make it layered. we have 3 gates total but they are easier to open except for the outside gate. We made it the heaviest out of all of them. We have a lock on the gates. All heavy duty locks. We see a car pull up covered in blood. We realize its a cop car. Someone gets out of the car the wall is a bit tall and they weren't right at the gate so it was hard to identify them. I head down and out of the gate to notice it was Zhao. I waved off the others and they put their guns down. I slap Zhao knowing it was him who lured the zombies away. I look at him and point to the gate and he walks away into the gate. I get in the car and ride it into the gate. I go to sleep with Joy as I think about my life before this all happened.
