Jack POV
I was doing the math on how much of everything is needed to make the cure. There won't be much of the proteins needed but a bit more of the drug instead. And I realized what the last ingredient should be. Blood. Blood from someone with the same blood type. "Cindy do you have someone in your family with the same blood type as yours?", I ask. "Yeah, my brother", she says. She has someone, that's good. But whether the cure is complete or not depends on her family. I might need to go look for them. Correction we. Cindy won't stay here if she knew I'd go looking for her family. I know I wouldn't if I were her. "Cindy listen. I have an idea. But it might take a while for it to happen. We need to go look for you're family", I say my voice serious. "Really?! We're gonna look for them?! I thought you said it might be risky", she yells excitedly. "It still is. But you're already starting to look pale. That one of the first signs of turning remember? We need their help", I say. In the last few hours Cindy's skin had started to look very pale. That's only the first sign. There are a few more symptoms before she really starts to turn. "When are we going to start looking?", she says her eyes bright. "Tonight. We need to find them as soon as possible", I say as I start packing some necessary things. Cindy follows my lead and starts packing things we might need.

As soon as we are finished packing we head to the stairs. Climb done the ladder and go outside. The night gives both human and zombie an advantage and disadvantage. It gives both the advantage of being hidden by the darkness. But that is the disadvantage as well. The fact that we can't see each other. It's dangerous. Which is why we'll need to be extra careful. We don't want them to know we're there. So we keep our flashlight's light to a minimum. Only using its light when we absolutely need to. Cindy thought the prison might be a good place to look. It is one of the most secure places for a zombie apocalypse. You can easily trap the zombies in cells if they try to catch you. Or if you're good shooters like Cindy's family then you can leave the bodies there. Just don't live in the cells cause then the security of the place could be your downfall. The zombies could trap you and you won't get out without a bite. Knowing her family they won't be that clueless.
