My flight landed at nearly 4:30pm, according to Korean standard time.
I got off the plane, collected my luggage from the airport and headed outside.
As soon as I was outside, I took out my phone to see if there's any message from Ho-Jun. I had already informed him of my arrival timing.
And to my surprise, there was no message from him, I would see that he have seen the message, but there was no reply.
'Maybe, he's stuck in the traffic. I should wait for him', I thought to myself.
I brought myself a coffee and sat down on a bench. As I was drinking the coffee, I thought of calling my mom to inform her that I've reached safely.
I took out my phone and dialled my mom's number and after two rings only, she picked up.
"Hello!", mom's voice came from the other end.
"Hello! Mom, it's me", I said.
"Yeah, I know that. Have you reached safely!?", she asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine".
"Have you reached your home??".
"No, not yet, my friend is going to pick me up".
"Ok, that's good".
"Ok mom, I'm hanging up for now, I'll call you later".
"Ok, ok, be safe and take care".
"Yeah! Oh yeah mom, wait!".
"What happened??".
"Can you inform brother that I've reached safely, he told me to call him when I reach".
"Ok, I'll inform him, don't worry".
"Thanks mom! Bye!".
"Yeah bye".
With that I hung up the phone. I looked in my phone and it was already 4:50pm, maybe Ho-Jun have forgotten.
'I guess, I've to take a cab to home', I thought to myself and got up.
As I was making my way to see if there's any free cab available or not, I saw a figure running towards me. He was wearing a big black hat which covered the upper portion of his face and he had a black mask on his face, making him look unrecognisable to anyone.
He had a large coat on him, as he was running, his large coat waved in the air, making him look bulge.
At the first look only, I knew who he was, if any other person had seen him like that, they might have thought that, he was a kidnapper or something like that.
I don't know why, but as he made his way towards me, I started to feel butterflies in my stomach and my heart started to beat loudly.
"Hey Minji, sorry that I was late", Ho-Jun said, breathing heavily.
"It's fine", I replied.
Ho-Jun was wearing a pair of black boots and that made him more taller than he was. Even if he doesn't wear them also, his way taller than me. My head only reaches upto his chin only.
"So, how was your trip??", Ho-Jun asked, picking up my luggage.
"Ho-Jun, you don't have to do it, I can pick them up by myself", I quickly stretched my hand to take my luggages back, but he didn't gave them and started to make his way towards his car.
"It's ok Minji, you don't have to be so modest infront of me", Ho-Jun said, walking in infront of me.
"But-".
"No buts, we're friends remember".
"Yeah", I smiled.
We made our way towards his Mercedes- AMG GT 63 S, I had to admit that this car is my favourite. God only knew, how much I wanted to buy it, but I couldn't afford it.
"Ho-Jun, I've to admit that you've an awesome car", I said, as looked at car with twinkling eyes.
"Well thank you", he replied, he was putting my luggage in the backside of the car.
"Do you know that BTS, Jungkook also have the same car", I said, as I still looked at the car.
"Y-Yeah, is that's s-so", he shuttered
"What happened to you?? Why are you talking like that??", I asked looking at him.
"It's nothing. I guess, I'm feeling a bit cold", he replied.
"Oh I see".
"Ok, now get inside the car".
"Ok!".
We both got inside and the car drove off.
Sometime have passed, since we have hit the road and I was busy surfing through my messages.
After replying to all the messages, I looked up and saw that Ho-Jun was focused on driving and thought that I shouldn't disturb him.
I turned my head and looked outside to enjoy the view. Then suddenly, I realised something.
'What the hell! Where are we heading towards!? This is not the way towards the city, where is Ho-Jun taking me!?", I thought to myself.
As time passed by, I started to fell nervous. I wanted to ask Ho-Jun that where he was taking me, but I was afraid.
After thinking for a long time, I summoned up my courage and thought of asking.
"Umm Ho-Jun! Where are you taking me??", I asked.
"It's a surprise", he replied.
My eyes widened when he said that, but for some reason I knew that Ho-Jun won't do anything to me.
But still, I kept my phone close to me and stayed alert. It's better to be safe than to be sorry.
It took us about an hour to reach wherever Ho-Jun was taking me.
"Get off the car", Ho-Jun said, as he parked his car.
I was reluctant to get off, but I still opened the door and got off.
Ho-Jun also got down and put the car keys inside his pocket.
"Follow me", he said.
I didn't say anything and started to follow him quietly.
I looked at my surroundings, there were tall trees surrounding the road. Only few of them still had leaves on them.
After walking for few minutes, Ho-Jun finally stopped.
"What happened Ho-Jun!?", I asked worriedly.
"Come and take a look", he said.
I walked forward and was astonished to see what was infront of me.
It's the beach!
At first, I didn't knew how to react. I could see the sun setting and it made the sky turn a deep orange.
We were standing on a cliff, which was few metres above from the beach and there was a bench near the edge of the cliff, a cherry blossom tree which had no leaves on it because of the cold, stood right beside the beach.
"Ho-Jun, this-", I said, as I still looked at the sea.
"So, how do you like my surprise??", he said.
I turned to look at him, I could see his eyes sparkle under the rays of the setting sun. And I felt mesmerized by the scene.

As Minji followed behind me, I could sense that she was worried.
I wanted to say something to her, to ease her nervousness, but I thought she looked cute like this. She wanted to hide her nervousness, but she failed to do it.
I decided not to say anything and kept walking.
After, hearing her cry like that over the phone, I wanted to do something for her, I wanted to make her smile.
And after thinking for a long time, I came up with the beach idea.
I don't know, if she likes the beach or not, but I thought that I should give it a try.
I was emerged in my thoughts, when I realised that we have already reached our destination.
I stopped walking and looked ahead.
"What happened Ho-Jun!?", I heard Minji ask.
"Come and take a look", I replied.
And as soon as she came forward, I could see the look of astonishment on her face and that made me smile behind my mask.
I knew, she was more than surprised, but I didn't say anything and stood there looking at her.
"Ho-Jun, this-", after sometime Minji said.
"So, how do you like my surprise??", I asked looking at her.
I watched, as she turned around to look at me, she was still surprised and didn't say anything. But I knew from the look in her eyes, that she was happy.
