"What,"
Blake lost his grip, allowing Avalon to bite his hand and he dropped her yelling out in shock,
Once her feet landed on the ground, she and then kicked his feet out under him. He attempted to stand up, but a blade pointed at his chest stopped him, and he glared at her.
"Your aura is a part of you, right?" Avalon asked
He pushed away the sword while his aura appeared behind him, Avalon scoffed at him while he ran forward to the point where she almost couldn't follow him, He pulled out a knife to hit her in the heart, but she moved her blade in front of her blocking him and causing a clash of light to shoot up into the air,
"Yes it's a part of me, that's just benefactor love," Blake said
He smirked at her while glancing behind her, the aura snickered behind her while looping itself around her and Avalon glared at him her energy intensifying and scorching through his knife, the aura screamed out to him.
Blake moved back away, but the aura moved away from her sight,
"You rely on that thing too much," Avalon mocked
Blake scoffed at her,
"I know I do, but I don't believe you will see it where you are going,"
Darkness rose from under her, making her lose her footing as the aura wrapped around her,
It went up into her head while Blake pulled his pistol, walking towards her head.
He watched as his aura wrapped around her head, leaving her breathless.
"Goodnight dear," Blake whispered
He shot her head, but he watched the bullet melt off them, She looked up at him the darkness over her face not stopping the bright glow of her eye that caused him to move aside before a shock wave of heat went off of her,
She let out a shout of pain as the aura felt its shape start to burn away, Blake's left side of his body felt as if it was on fire.
"I will not be killed, so easily," Avalon let out,
Blake stared rather until his aura tried to climb up to his shoulder,
"You are right… you won't be killed so easily,"
His voice was deep and scorned, and his aura reached his shoulder, begging.
"Master help I need your dark…"
"No, I believe I need your energy," Blake said
He grabbed the aura and started to absorb it, the aura cried out to its master before it went into energy, Avalon stood there watching them with stern but soft eyes, Blake felt a new energy flow through him, one he never felt before.
His vines change from blue to dark red, glowing under his skin. He opened his eyes looking at Avalon,
"I have reached my fate. Now it's time to meet yours,"
Avalon stepped forward, placing her blade in front of her, and waiting for his attack, her eyes trained on him, however, he had other plans than let her watch him all night,Avalon braced herself for the impact when he appeared in front of her,
He punched her in the side before kicking her other side making her move off the ground, She placed her sword on the ground catching her as Blake dashed at her,
"You just never let me down my love," Blake mocked
He pulled out another knife and Avalon watched as he emerged facing her, his knife inches away from her face Avalon tried to move from the knife, but Blake went past her, cutting her chest and right arm and making a large cut,
She looked at her cut before moving away from another attack, laughing at him.
"What are you laughing at?" Blake sneered
She kept laughing while he tried to cut her again,
"Stop it!" Blake said
He gave her another cut on the same arm, she looked up at him, A smirk lay on her face as the so familiar iridescent shined on her,
"No I don't think I will," Avalon said
"I don't think you will be able to climb out the window, " Damien said
Marcello has tried to climb out the window, only to fail, Luke stood there looking through his tablet, trying to find a way to the roof while Damien and Marcello were debating. Marcello claimed back into the room with a deep breath, asking himself,
"Is there any way up there?"
Luke kept looking through the map, he had and found something,
"There's a way," Luke answered
Luke pulled his map out before pinpointing the staircase that led to the roof, Marcello smiled at this, but before he could walk to the hole in the wall the room shook again, making him stop,
"Let's get going before making the room fall on us," Damien said
They went through the wall back into the destroyed lab where they found Ally with the other agent searching the room, Ally looked at them with a hopeful glint in her eye, but that came to pass, not seeing Avalon with them,
"I see Avalon is not with you," Ally commented
Marcello tried to walk up to her, but the room shook again, and a scream was heard, They held their ground with the dust falling from the ceiling, Ally fell not being able to stand her ground, and when the shaking stopped Damien quickly went to her helping her up,
"I'm fine, Damien," Ally asserted
"I know, I just wanted to help you stand," Damien said
She blushed at him holding her arm in his, Marcello walked up to them with Luke behind him,
the crystal blinking in his pocket, but no one noticed.
"We need to go I don't believe we have a lot of time left," Marcello said
"Where will you be going?" Ally asked
Marcello was walking to the door before she stopped him, he turned to her,
"Avalon is on the roof with Blake, that's why the building is shaking," Marcello answered
"She's fought him Already?… then I should warn you the recruits told me that his goons are over there waiting," Ally said
"Then let them come, I won't be stopped, not by them," Marcello said
While they talked, Luke noticed the glowing in his pocket and decided to grab it, as he did the room shook again with light shining through the room. The room stood still, letting them stand, the crystal kept blinking at Luke. Like it's trying to tell him something,
"The crystal is blinking?" Ally asked
"Yes, I don't know what it means but," Luke said
While they talked Marcello walked out of the room not waiting for them, As he did that Damien watched him and declined to interrupt them talking,
"That thing is a part of her, then she must need help, " Ally says
"That's the only reason why..."
"Can you two stop and see that Marcello went ahead of us," Damien interrupted
Luke put the crystal away in his pocket and ran out the door, pulling out his tablet, trying to find where he could be, Damien tried to follow, but Ally grabbed his hand before he could.
"Damien," Ally said
He looked at her and said,
"Yes, Ally,"
She looked at the ground, feeling a heat reach her face and she glanced up at him finding his crimson eye waiting for her, She quickly looked away in embracement, however, Damien didn't see it as embarrassing but endearing, and if he is honestly charming in his eyes,
"Just be..."
He cut her off by kissing her, and her eyes widened before kissing him back, but he pulled away from her, resting his forehead on hers, She smiled closing her eyes and enjoying the moment.
"I will be fine Ally," Damien whispered
He let go of her and started to walk to the door, but the next thing he said shocked her,
"I love you… Be careful,"
He left the room, leaving her with the people around looking through the room,
with her standing dazed in the middle.
"Why won't you fall!"
Blake punched her, and the roof broke around them and flew into the air, Avalon felt pain shoot through her, making her yell out in pain, while Blake leaned over her, waiting for her to say something.
"Are you going to speak or am I going to have to get it out of you, love," Blake mocked
She breathed in deeply before telling him,
"No you don't... just distracted by what you have become," Avalon said
He found this interesting but to his peril,
"You are a heartless monster… only wanting what he wants and doing anything to have it, you have sacrificed people just for this cause luring them with money and debt," Avalon stopped
He scoffed at her and lifted her before slamming her back into the roof, He stared down at her with a snarl.
"I've had enough of…"
Avalon spat her blood on his face, making him glare down at her with hatred laced in his eyes, Blake was about to shout at her, but before he could,
She headbutted him, leaving him dizzy but not enough to let her go. she felt her body about to give away until a whipper's voice,
"Avalon,"
She looked up at him.
"No, you haven't,"
A bright light burst out of her chest.
