"You?"
"You are going out somewhere?"
They both said at the same time.
"Yeah, me." Damen scratched the back of his neck. "You weren't picking up your phone so I came over. I brought food." He showed her the bag he was holding.
"Who is there?" asked Hailey.
"Somebody's in there?" Damen asked with wide eyes. Penelope face-palmed herself and dragged him in.
"It's Damen." She awkwardly said. Damen stood there dumbfoundedly until Hailey got up excitedly and gave him a bear hug. "Oh, Demon. It's so nice to see you again. Are you taking care of her?" She started a train of questions. Nathan pulled his wife back and looked at him apologetically. Damen was startled because of so many events happening at once.
"Uh -yeah… I am taking care of her." He looked at Hailey. "Oh, and my name is Damen. Not demon." He looked at her again. "I'm Nathan, Hailey's husband." He introduced himself and shook his hand. Aiden and Caleb totally ignored everyone and continued eating.
