It was a quiet and peaceful morning at the Maple Tree Lane. As usual, neighbors casually meet outside their homes - some still wearing robes and a few on their work uniform, as they pick up the daily newspaper that was distributed by a teenage boy.
They hold their cups with hot coffee and raise them with a smile on their face as they warmly greet each other.
It is not a big community. Everybody knows everyone. So if there is somebody new, someone is going to notice.
"Mrs. Bauer never gets tired of setting that thing up in the morning huh?" Said the man, probably in his 40s. He is wearing a white polo overlayed with a black suit but his tie is still undone. His pants is also of the same color - A very typical office outfit. This man turned to his left to check the person he is talking to.
"You bet! When I first moved here, I really thought she was crazy... turned out she's just senile!" and they burst out laughing.
