After my conversation with Lily, I felt there was one more person I needed to clear the air with. I felt almost free, I was so glad that Lily had forgiven me. It was not because I wanted to force friendship with her, I just wanted to make sure she understands me. I had really changed for the best.
So I contacted the only person that I was yet to settle things with; Saddam.
After the incidence that happened on the boss' office, he had remained the normal boring Saddam who always looked like a deer caught in a head light. I offered to help him retrieve his resignation letter. After a successful retrieval, he applied for another position which was directly granted by the boss' son. I knew this had to do with Ziko's return since I overheard the boss' son talking about it with the HR manager.
Things took a strange turn after I addressed Saddam on the issue.
