"She's awake!" the nurse in charge of Lily announced.
"Contact her guardian," the head nurse commanded. The nurse rushed to place a call to Eve.
Eve had been too tired from their visit to the priest's home the day before so she hadn't been able to get to the hospital that morning.
Daisy had stop to check on Lily that morning. What she didn't expect to see was Lily sitting up on the hospital bed, like she hadn't been in coma for three weeks. She stood by the door dumbfounded.
"Are you going to come in or will you continue to stand there and gape at me?" Lily joked.
Daisy knew her condition had to do with the curse, but she still didn't expect her to be so active just after waking up. She walked slowly towards Lily.
"Why are you staring at me like I have suddenly developed a second head," Lily chuckled lightly.
"Lily?" Daisy called.
