On Monday morning, Lily found herself strolling into Frisco after Daisy dropped her off at the gate. She felt much better than she had been all through last week. She knows her change of mood had a lot to do with Daisy spending the night and the two sharing one gist or the other.
Lily didn't realize how much she missed this place until Mia squeezed her into a hug upon sighting her, telling Lily how much she had missed her and how boring the office had been.
"Thank goodness the Dragon also resumed today. Everything is gradually going back to normal except of course the presence of that weird boy. Hopefully, the boss's son also stops acting like he has a pipe up his ass," Mia whispered the last part.
Talking about the boss's son, Lily was going to avoid him at all cost.
Mia walked Lily back to her part of the office with Lily sitting on her chair and Mia as usual sitting on Lily's desk.
