I keep to myself most of the times and only talked to a few of my classmates when it was very important. Besides that, no one would associate themselves with a hungry looking shabby boy. Do not get me wrong, I was not not an ugly guy. In fact, I knew I would have been called handsome if only I ate well, took care of myself more and wore nice clothes. I had this bulgy eyes and fitted perfectly with my thick lashes and full brows. I was dark skinned which I was sure would have shone beautifully if I took care of it care of it more. My hair was black and twisted in knots due to lack of care. I knew how I should look like if I had the means. I just did not have enough money to be worrying about looks, when I was starving. I was six feet tall. My mama had always said that I inherited my father's height but took after her in beauty.
When I got to the library, it was almost empty except for few students. I was here at the right time since classes were ongoing.
