"W-what are you doing!?" Rai said as he pushed, Li Jie away, "Please forgive me, young master. I've overstepped my boundaries" he said stepping further away, "I apologize. I'll go bring more refreshments" he said before he scurried away. Rai was dumbfounded once more, he caught a quick glimpse of the clumsy side of Li Jie, it intrigued him, he wanted to tease him, but before Rai had finished collecting himself Li Jie had disappeared. Rai, not hearing the last sentence said to him by Li Jie, wandered back inside, "Oh, your back young master" said Sebastian a bit surprised, having seen Li Jie run past him not too long ago. "I hope he didn't do anything to offend you" he added, "Ah, no…" Rai's thoughts trailed off as he felt immense hostility come from his two older brothers. Katsu and Rui were seething, and both were staring at Rai, Jiao-long took a long sip of his tea trying to hide his amusement, Rai turned away from his brothers and walked out of the parlor.
Somehow Rai stumbled upon the kitchen, his stomach grumbled, when Rai caught a whiff of some delicious, he slowly opened the door, and was horrified by was he saw.
Back in the parlor
"You two scared your brother..." Jiao-long said teasingly, "That was the ugliest rose I've ever seen," Katsu said, "If he was going to place a rose near his face…" Rui started, "he should've made sure that it was at least half as beautiful as Rai" Rui continued. Jiao-long smirked and Sebastian almost choked on his tea, were they blind, that rose was so vibrant that it was practically glowing, like those make-up models on the commercials
