I put my feet on the table gaining some people's attention. Bryan's eyes looked like they were about to pop out from their sockets. Maybe he didn't expect me to do it. Haa! You met the wrong person.
"Bryan Woods get the fuck out of my sight and quit begging me for sex!" I shouted waving my hands around with a frown on my face to make it look real. Just like I thought, I heard some gasps, and whispers and yup, some students were videoing it.
"Are you crazy?" He asked through he teeth trying to contain his anger. His face was bright red from both anger and embarrassment. I mentally patted myself for putting him in this state.
"I didn't ask you for anything!" He glared at me and I snorted.
"Mind your fucking business, all of you" he yelled at the students still staring at us banging his fist on the table. I flinched and came down the table. Thanks to my 5"8 height, I was looking at him straight in the eye, his 5"9 height towering slightly above me.
"Why did you_, what was that for?"
"Oh, you know... Some jerk walked up to my table and dared me to do just what I did few minutes ago" I smirked now sitting down, legs crossed.
"You don't know what you just got yourself into babe" a mischievous smile made its way to his lips.
"Tell me something I don't know" I rolled my eyes and leaned back on my chair.
"See ya later" he winked at me and left the table.
"What was that about Lis?" Jeannie asked me, resting her chin on the table.
"You know these tables are not sanitised right?"
"Eew!" She grabbed a face wipe from her purse and cleaned her chin.
"Aargh, I just wiped off my makeup! I'll go to the bathroom. See you after school, you've got lots of explanations to do" she grabbed her purse and left the cafeteria.
"What's up cutie" I looked up to see Adrian, my male bestie. We've been best friends since we were five. I met him before Jeannie.
"Hey"
"What's wrong? You look moody" he asked sitting beside me.
"Nothing, you just coming?" I asked because there's no way he'd be asking me that question if he were here six minutes ago.
"Yeah, I had some stuffs to take care of. Any gist for me?" He grinned showing off his white set of nice dentition.
"Yeah, you just missed the best show of your life"
"Are you serious? You did that to Bryan Woods? What got into you? That guy is going to make this school hell for you Alisha" Adrian stopped in front of me to pause our walk to the garage. We were going to meet Jeannie.
"Yeah, I've heard something like that before and besides, why didn't you bring your car?"
"It's at the mechanic. Oh, I'm sleeping over." he said tapping his bag. No wonder it's bigger today. "My parents are out of town and I didn't want to stay home alone" he grinned. As if I had a choice.
"Great" I groaned pushing him aside to continue walking.
"Hey, didn't you miss me?" He pouted, giving me a puppy face.
"Don't give me that look. And why would I miss you? I see you everyday of my life and I think I'm starting to get bored"
"Ouch... that hurt, right here" he said poking his left chest.
"Hi guys" Jeannie waved at us when we approached her. She was leaning on her car.
"I call shotgun" I said
"But you always get shotgun...not fair" Adrian replied and I ignored him as always.
"Macdonald's?" She asked opening her side of the car.
"Yes" Adrian and I said at the same time.
"Leggo"
I reached out and put on the Bluetooth on the car media player and connected my phone to it. I scrolled through my playlist and tapped on flashlight by Jesse J. The music filled the car and I started nodding my head to the slow beat.
"Boorring" Adrian yawned behind me.
"You're lucky I love you" I said to the idiot and started humming the song.
After eating, Jeannie dropped us off at my house. I unlocked the front door and got in, Adrian trailing behind me.
"To the room!" Adrian shouted running up the stairs to my room.
"Don't make a mess in there dick head!" I yelled going into the kitchen to grab something to eat. Yeah, yeah, I know I just finished eating...but you can't blame me for loving food.
"Alright pussy" he replied. I scrunched up my nose in disgust at his statement and grabbed a Neapolitan ice cream from the fridge.
"Ice cream, my only true love. Apart from chocolate though" I said to myself. I plopped down on the couch and grabbed the controller. After going through almost all the channels, I gave up because I couldn't find one that matched my current mood.
'What a waste of ice cream' I thought, shoving a spoonful in my mouth.
"Popcorn?" Adrian asked, placing the bowl on the table.
"yeah, thanks" I shoved some popcorn in my mouth and lay down, placing my head on his laps.
"Hmm" I moaned. "It's so buttery and heavenly... thanks Rian"
"Anything for you. How about we watched a Netflix movie?" He said moving his fingers through my hair in an up and down motion. It felt so good and it was making me feel sleepy too. I slept off halfway through the movie.
