The blade of grass under my feet seemed to be grappling onto my shoes almost as if sinking them in, "Yu Yan, Show me what you can do." Nainai told me I grinned and launched an attack as soon as she said so, "BEGIN!!"

"Hah! Hah! Hah!" A little boy huffing and puffing, running from his very nightmarish mother, He wanted to escape. It's not like his very breath mattered to his own mother. He wanted to run, to escape from the very person who he had wanted to be loved by, he didn't want to be hunted by her, just loved. But to her, he was just a beast who can hand her power to rule over the world.
"Xiao Wei!~ Where are you my dear and cute puppy? Mama is looking for you~ You wouldn't want Mama to get mad would you?" A voice rang out, it was so angelic but the person that owned it was anything but that. His heart skipped a beat in fear as he ran into some bushes and hid there, he trembled like the child he was and waited for her to leave.
"Xiao Wei~ Darling! Mama is here," Her greedy eyes yearned for more power throughout the years, He'd been through many lifetimes, getting revived and used over and over again only to hand more power to the so-called saintess. Blonde honey-like hair and glimmering clear sky sinister eyes she had.
"Ah! Found You~" She giggled and loomed over him with her wrinkled grinning face, the boy quivered, I have to get out of here! I can't be used by her any longer! The boy lept from the bushes and growled at her angrily, tears overflowing in his face. He'd been kept in this huge play yard from the moment he'd been born, which was 3,000 years ago.
"Hahahaha!~ I'll give you some Chocolate bars if you let me hunt you again this time," Her grinning face infuriated him more, "What? Do you want to have the same fate your parents had to go through?" She questioned with a playful face, to her they were just mere beasts with no right to live or love like people.
Mama...Papa...I promise I'll avenge you! Xiao Wei exclaimed internally as he ran away spotting the electrical fence, I have to get out of here! The Saintess has brought over such strange mechanical functions, I don't know how they work but I know that the electricity can kill a person, I'm not sure about a beat though. Xiao Wei had never gone past the age of 8 in any of his lives alongside the Saintess.

You'll be killed before you can--" The woman was utterly shocked at the next event, Xiao Wei had touched the fence and was electrocuted, it had about 2 billion bolts to kill anyone who got close. His face said suffering, but his will was hard to break, he smashed right through the fence as he had burn scars on his arms and his knuckles were bashed.
"XIAO WEI!! GET BACK HERE!!" She raved, you could hear her shrieks form afar, he ran far, far away from the woman he once looked at so tenderly. He had forgotten what he'd done to his real parents. Their sad and painful deaths was something he could never forget.
He remembered her false truths, the lies he whispered in his ears, "Xiao Wei, You must let me hunt you so Mama can get strong enough to protect you," She'd tell the four year old him, without knowing he'd nod and let her kill him. But all that was now going to change! He was going to go to the outside world he was always deprived from going.
His nice and tidy overall had been made to rags and had burns all over, he slipped it off his shoulders and let the suspenders fall over the side of his thighs. He started to plan his next move and arrived at an academy. That's where he met her.

"AGH!" I groaned glaring intensely at Nainai that seemed to not have even broken a sweat, I really have to come up with a better strategy if I want to be able to protect Xiao Wei, I can't keep relying on Fei Xian and the others. I dashed towards her and summoned my staff again spinning it on my palms rapidly making an enormous wind tornado.
Nainai got on a defensive stance as she was being pushed back, This is my chance! I then stopped and used my first spirit skill, "First Spirit Skill! Medusa Snake Infestation!" White snakes wrapped themselves around Nainai like vines and with every movement they tightened themselves around her.
A smirk was plastered all over her face as she broke through with brute force, "Xiao Yan, is that all you've got?"
Grr..I have to find a weak spot. AH..! there! I summoned my staff to my hand again and dashed inhumanely, Nainai smirked summoning her spirit weapon, the one she'd never shown me even in the past 5 years. "THAT'S..!"
