Let's see what the fuck is hiding down here. Man this ladder is going down deep, the torches are slowly disappearing too everything is getting dark. I swear to god if I die falling down from the ladder before even confronting whatever is down here.
[10 minutes later]
Still bloody climbing, now it takes about 1 minutes of climbing to see another torch further down.
[20 minutes later]
How the fuck is this thing still leading downwards, there's no torch anymore and i can't see shit.
[5 minutes]
Whew finally here, it only took 25 minutes of climbing, who the fuck designed this shit. Maybe the loot down here will be worth it... *face palms* I'm a fucking idiot. If whoever designed this place actually store loot down here, no doubt they'll have something to keep it safe. You know now that i think about it, i would probaly prefer a boss over a crap ton of traps. You're getting the stuffing beat out of you in each one only that fighting the boss doesn't require knowledge to solve ancient bullshit riddles.
Looking around where I stand, I deduct that it's probaly a boss fight because of the sudden change of the environment from dirty cave walls to near pristine marble walls and a giant golden gate. Traps would be better suited for natural environment for it is easier to blend in there. The gate however is the most concerning as it has a comically large silver lock that is glowing the 7 colors of the rainbow. My lockpick definitely won't be able to open that not to mention that my lockpicking skills will never be able to pick that.
Oh hey there's message on wall above the gate.
To the brave and the foolhardy
Turn back for there's only misery
Thousands have perished on this quest
You'll suffer just like the rest
Slaying a being of pure evil
Require the strength of an immortal
Damn that's some nice rhymes wonder who left it? Thousands have perished huh, oooh that explains the charred skeletons laying beneath the lock, how the heck did i miss that. The armor on them looks pretty worn out too, most of it seemed to be religious if the faded cross was any indication. Strange, all of the skeletons are missing a hand, could it be the lock? Let's test this out, I have this loaf of black bread on me for snack let's see how the lock react if I toss the loaf at it. YEET! *pak* *FWOOMPF* the moment the bread touch the lock the entire thing was engulfed in blue flames and was shortly burned to ashes.
So they must have touched the lock for that to happen to them but if the lock does that to organic thing why the fuck would they touch it? Does is do something to inorganic objects? Let's try throwing this pebble at the lock then. *clang* the pebble hit the lock and fall down without any changes to it whatsoever. Nothing, really? Then why didn't people just break the locks with spells or weapons, what am i missing? The only thing that inorganic objects don't have is... That's it a soul! Well there's also some sentient objects like golems and shit but maybe the soul has to be powerful as well or else this place would already be cleared.
Hmmm my bones are partially organic so it probaly wouldn't be as bad. But my soul though... Is my soul strong enough, the skeletons were high ranking people from churches with their devoted faith and all sorts of training. I'm still just an average Joe on the inside. Well maybe not that much of an average Joe considering the fact that i tried to beat Dark Souls with a broken sword from my admiration of the mad lad Zerolenny. Only one way to find out. I reach out with my right hand to grasp the lock. I expected to feel some burning sensations, migraines, pain in general to some extent but what I didn't expect at all was the lock falling flat to the ground straight away. That was fucking anti-climatic as shit. Guess this world judge the strength of the soul based on determination like Undertale.
On the inside of the gate was a long hallway seemingly made out of gold just like the gate itself. This is grandiose as hell, who could be rich enough to build this. And this is the FUCKING ENTRANCE, what in lord's name can be inside the actual room. Reaching the end of the hallway i saw another gate only this one seemed to be made out of adamantite with glowing runes etched onto it.
Let's fucking do this. After 10 more minutes it took me to push open the ridiculously heavy gate that is. The chamber wasn't radiating like the sun filled to the brim with riches and a gigantic dragon on top like i expected. Everything in here is pitch black with only purple torches to the walls illuminating it. Wait is everything made out of adamantite? Oh right, being of pure evil needs to be contained in an indestructible prison. Scattered on the ground were even more skeletons but these ones seemed to had better gears than the ones outside. They were obviously stronger if they can get in here while the others can't. *rumble* *rumble* *rumble*. What is that?
The entire shook fiercely before the center cracks open revealing a pit of blue flames flowing out of it. Whispers can be heard all around with chantings of a demonic ritual and the air starts to become freezing. From a blue flames emerged a figure donning ornate black robes with intricate gold stitching. The hood covered their head but I can still make out their decayed face of rotten flesh. Their eyes were no more and instead are 2 scarlet pinpricks staring at me. The most noticeable thing was a diadem made of Emerald on their head with perfectly cut diamonds all around the top.

Moris the descended
Level 100 mega lich
Hp: 22575
Atk: 3327
-Play {Magnus Mortis}
With a single flick of its wrist, Moris summoned a massive ball of blue flames and hurl it directly at me. Sweet Jesus I can't survive that damage, how the fuck can I dodge an attack the size of HALF THE GODDAM ROOM! I raise my shield expecting the worst. *KABOOOOOM* Welp shit I died so fast i didn't even feel a thing. At least that's what I thought until the flames died down and I find myself still in place without a scratch on me.
*record scratch* {music stops}
Huh? that didn't do any damage at all? I look to Moris to see if he has any ideas what the fuck just happened but he seems just as lost as me. With confusion still clear on his disfigured face, Moris chucks another big blue fireball at me. This time I didn't even attempt to block it and just took the entire attack straight to the face yet I felt nothing. Frustrated and flabbergasted at this, Moris frantically threw more blue flames at me, he even made a dragon out of blue flames and launch it at me but it all did jack shit. What the heck are these attacks? [observe]

...GAHAHAHAHA! HAAAHAAAHA! OH MY FUCKING GOD THAT'S TOO FUCKING HILARIOUS! The spell can't do shit to me because my body is already drained of life force as it's just an empty skeleton. A powerful spell of legends couldn't even fucking hurt a simple skeleton. Bruh I almost feel sorry for Moris. As Moris continues to attack me futilely, I just casually walk up to him and start stabbing him with my sword. This is gonna take a while
[several hours later]
Moris's health was so high that it took over 2800 stab wounds for him to finally die. I stabbed him for so long to the point that my sword broke and I had to pull out the iron daggers to continue stabbing him for another 1200 times. Even then all the daggers broke and I have to pull out the warp dagger for the final blows. In the end I kinda respect Moris as he just stops attempting to attack me altogether half-way through and just accepted his fate. Well damn that was easy, why the fuck did the church fail so miserably? Nevermind I figured it out, medieval church was well, fucking racist. It wouldn't surprise me if they treat the beast people like actual beasts and the elves like garbage. So with that in mind, they would rather die before letting an undead, so called demons, entering their ranks. A lot of lives wouldn't be lost if not for this blatant bullshit.
As I was thinking about that, I didn't notice Moris's body turning into dust and flowing into me. When the dust reaches me, I was absolutely taken by surprise from the feeling. Is this what it felt like to be the courier high on 6 doses of Psychojet while simultaneously chugging nuka cola quantum? Raw energy courses through my bones like I was being struck by Zeus's lightning for the next 3 minutes before the feeling is gone altogether. Moris was extremely powerful, even more than the strongest heroes in record combined so killing and absorbing his power was the equivalent of ascending. I can't wait to yeet the king to the stratosphere.
But the power boost wasn't the end, far from it actually. On the spot where he died was a mountain of gold along with his diadem sitting on top next to an golden glowing skillbook. This is Blyatiful
