Reipreyl,
I was one of the first to hear about the speculations of what happens to people who go to buttville lands. I did not want to stand for it, so I decided to go up there on my own and find out what really happens up there, despite the consequences.

I set out one afternoon to go up the hills, reach the Hinimyundai mountain and look down on my village, to see how we were just a speck in the entire city. My parents had abruptly refused to let me go to buttville lands for fear that I might die. So I decided to take this walk to get things off my mind. As I rounded a bend and got closer to the mountain I saw in the distant horizon a lone figure standing on the peak of the mountain, looking down on the village, what I intended to do. "Looks like I'm not the only one whose going through a hard time" I thought. As I approached the person, I noticed it was a girl and as I got closer, I noticed who she was: Tyfanie, daughter of the most famous knight in the kingdom, Sir Albert Conleisio. I stopped a foot away from her and as I did I noticed some strange movements from my side. As I turned she noticed something was off and turned as well. A dozen men suddenly popped out from the bushes and set their eyes on Tyfanie, before they could get to her, I ran for them, spun around and kicked one in his chin and sent him stumbling backwards. I then kneed one in his face then punched the other in his chest. I remembered the dagger my father had given to me and my father's words:" In case you are attacked, because this town is roaming with drunkards, thieves and assassins round the clock, so you must be armed with this always." I then without thinking of what I was about to do stabbed every remaining attacker in the heart. Training all my life with different tools and weapons had given me the skills of a knight. I never thought I'd need it but today proved me wrong. Just as I thought I had killed them all, I turned only to see that one was still remaining. This one had managed to get to Tyfanie and was about to throw her over the edge of the mountain. At the last minute I knocked down her attacker, pushed her out of the way and was about to leave the edge myself when her attacker that I had knocked down got up and jumped on me, sending the both of us tumbling over the edge of the mountain, which lead to the biggest ocean known in Maupa: the deadwind. The deadwind was rumoured to kill thirty people all at once. No one who ever fell into it ever survived. At this rate I knew there was every possibility that I will die but as others who have last words, I didn't. Just as I was about to enter the water I remembered my father, then I thought 'God please don't let me die'.

Tyfanie,
I watched as the boy who saved my life plummeted down the mountain, I couldn't help but feel it was my fault. My father had offered me some knights to follow me up here as he knew I was prone to attack out here in the open by many of his enemies but I abruptly refused. I recognized the boy as Reipreyl one of the town newbies, though he hailed from here. I was surprised to see him there at that moment in time and felt so grateful for what he had done and also sad for allowing him to die. I decided to go down to the deadwind and search for his body. Some part of me hoped he was alive but like 90% of me knew he couldn't be. This time I called my only friend Malcolm and asked him to come with me because Reipreyl won't be there to save me this time and even if he is he will be in no shape to defend me. As I got close to the river my heart dropped when I saw that there was no sign of Reipreyl, only my attacker who I saw had washed up on the shore: dead.

Reipreyl,
Under the water I had almost lost consciousness. I only prayed one prayer: 'God please don't let me die'. Once I said that an enormous whale bigger than anything I had ever seen came towards me. The last thing I saw before I lost consciousness was the whale lifting me up.

Tyfanie,
I was still there waiting to see if there was any possibility that Reipreyl was still alive. Malcolm had been trying to persuade me to go but I refused to. We stayed there for about forty- five minutes before I finally agreed to leave. Just as we turned, the sound of something coming out of water filled the air. I suddenly turned back, now facing the water and watched to my amazement as a whale twice the size of a normal whale jumped out of the water and saw on its back Reipreyl who was unconscious. The whale landed on shore with a thud as it dropped Reipreyl. It then leaped back into the water and came out again splashing water on Reipreyl. As it did that it leapt back into the water. I ran to Reipreyl feeling his wrist for a pulse. When I found one, I screamed with joy "he is alive".

Reipreyl,
I woke up to find myself in a room that was not mine. It looked like one of the rooms in a castle. I tried to remember but all I could remember was when the whale had lifted me up. Now I got it, the whale saved me from dying in the water but who brought me here is the question. Suddenly the door opened up and in came a man dressed in shining armor, wait a minute, he was a knight. As he came closer I recognized him as Sir Albert Conleisio. Why would a famous knight like him come to see me? At the door stood several other knights coming in with him, behind them stood Tyfanie. Now I remembered, I had saved Tyfanie's life up on the mountain. She must have followed me to deadwind and saved me when the whale dropped me on shore and now here was her father, most likely coming to thank me.
