"Tyler, promise me that you won't tell anyone about what I'm going to say to you," I said.
"I promise," Tyler responded.
"I'm Princess Aphmeow," I said as I looked at him and was hoping that he wouldn't start laughing or run out yelling that I'm the runaway princess.
"Excuse me, what?" he asked.
"I'm the runaway princess."
"You're Princess Aphmeow from Kingdom Shadow."
I nod and said, "yes. That's why I change the subject whenever someone brings up that I look like the princess of Shadow."
"Makes sense now."
"What do you mean by that?"
"I mean that it makes sense to why Cam, Prince Cam from Kingdom Shadow, was looking for you and that you would always change the subject whenever we were talking about the princess of Kingdom Shadow," he said, "so, I guess you can say that I kinda figured that you were Princess Aphmeow."
"O-Oh...so, I'm guessing that some people might know as well..." I said as I looked at him.
"Yeah," Tyler said as he looked back at me.
"Should I just let them know that they're correct in their theories of me being the Princess Aphmeow?" I asked.
"You can, but don't you want to keep living the way that you are now?"
"Yes and no. Yes, because I love that I'm not getting treated differently because of my rank. No, because I can't stand not talking to Prince Xzan."
"Oh...why don't you tell him how you feel?"
"You don't understand. If I were to do that, he'd never forgive me.." I know that Tyler is just trying to help, but I don't want his help. I know he has a crush on me.
"But what if he does?"
"If he does, it'll be a miracle."
"Tell him and everyone who you are and then tell him how you feel."
"Like tell Prince Xzan who I am and then tell him how I feel? He'd leave before I could tell him."
"Not unless I tell him to stay."
"Tyler, thanks but no thanks."
"Ok. Fine, I'll leave," he said as he left.
I watched him leave.
