"Hey, can you hold this for me?" she finally spotted me after a few minutes of staring at her. I was holding a doll that she was carrying, and I'm not sure why.
I had no idea I had been here before, and my mother and friends were undoubtedly looking for me. I'm not sure as long as my heart tells me I need to be here with this child. Nonetheless, I listened to my heart. I'll explain why it took so long for me to return.
She continues to play with her dolls when I hold one of her dolls and observe what she does, thus I'm most likely playing with her. I can't believe I'm still playing with a kid this young. She's fun to play with, at least.
When I see her laughing while playing, I grin because she appears to be having a great time. Then it came to me that when I was a child, like her, and I was alone in the park, a boy approached me and offered to play with me.
