Blaze was humming in his cubicle while Cole tiptoed and was on his way to reach the Transfluxer. He stands in it, ready to press the button. He was supposed to take the name of a Transfluxer located at the place where he wanted to go. He closes his eyes, takes a deep breath and says, "Milky Way, Planet Earth Transfluxer, United States, Chicago, Lincoln Park." He presses the button.
After a lot of twisting and turning motions, he finally lands at his destination, Lincoln Park in Chicago. He looks around to what he missed. The place had grown so much since the last time he saw it. He started walking and stopped to rest under a tree. The shadows of the skyscrapers looked endless. The place was not in the state of war but a state of harmony. He smiles.
As he brushed the grass of his pants and was ready to explore, he felt something on his back. He knew what this was. A gun was cocked against his back. He slowly lifts his hands above his head and turns around. It was Blaze. Cole's eyes widen with shock and bewilderment. They looked like they might pop out of their sockets.
"Do you remember the bond little brother?" asks Blaze very lowly, like a whisper. Cole scoffs with anger. "Well, I'm just doing my job and doing my best to keep both of us alive," says Blaze with a convincing tone. "Really," spits Cole. "Yes, unless you want to stay here and get killed," says Blaze with clenched teeth. "Ok, fine," Cole says with a disgusted look.
After they reached AF-013, Cole was sent back to his cell. There was something wrong. Blaze didn't speak to him the entire time, and when he talked, he spoke to a general, and they whispered and gave peculiar looks at Cole. He throws the glass and plates at the wall, shattering them to pieces. He knew what was going to happen. They were going to execute him.
