The next few days passed by in a blur with little to no interaction with Hilden. The reality of the situation unsettled me. We had to make arrangements for the big move that Mr Keys reminded me of at every waking moment. I knew he wasn't very fond of my presence but he could be subtle about his hatred. I don't need to be reminded at every moment that he wasn't my biggest fan
I had adjusted to my new routine pretty well. Wake up, eat breakfast, bath Akai, go to work and then come back home and spend the day with Akai.
