The barrier around them shatters and they were free from it to stop Garyx.
"It looks like he manage to defeat her," said Siegfried. "I knew he could."
"To thinks he was the Descendant of Bahamut changes everything," said Garyx.
"I knew something was special about him but that doesn't matter to me at the moment and that is saving my world," said Siegfried.
"Sorry Human but I won't allow you to stop me now," said Garyx. He transforms into his dragon form. He was a giant dark red dragon he stands on two legs and growls at them.
"You guys get out of the way," said Siegfried. Garyx tries to stomp on Siegfried and he teleports out of the way to dodge. Siegfried transforms into his Shadow Dragon Form. Siegfried starts breathing shadow flames at him. Garyx flies up to avoid it and Siegfried gives chase after him.
"Stop stalling this," said Siegfried. "you know what I will just destroy the ritual site so we don't have to worry about Thanatos coming out." He then summons his sword out of the portal and heads down to destroy the Ritual Site.
"No," said Garyx. Siegfried flies down to the ritual site aiming to destroy it. Garyx flies down after Siegfried. But when Garyx got close to him. He turns around and cuts Garyx's right arm off. Garyx grabs his right shoulder.
"You planned this," said Garyx.
"Of course, and you fell for like I know you would," said Siegfried. "give up you lost this battle."
"No, I will just use myself as a sacrifice to undo the seal," said Garyx. "it was a last resort but I have no choice." The moon starts to shake like a big earthquake.
"Damn, we failed this mission," said Siegfried.
On Zoabos in the city of Kingcardium, all the citizens look up at the moon in the sky and see it turn red. They all begin to panic about it.
Siegfried watches Garyx start to fade away.
"I'm sorry, Io, I have sinned may my soul never be forgiven," said Garyx before he passed on. Siegfried then lands back down and reverts to normal form.
"We have failed, damn what can we do?" asked Siegfried. They see a Giant Black Dragon in the sky of space it had a dragon skull on its head and it had red eyes a dark body and was the size of the moon.
"Damn, he's massive," said Cronus.
"What going on," said Jecht running up the stair with Siri in his arms.
"we have failed as you can this is Thanatos," said Siegfried. "at least you were able to save, Siri." Jecht closes his eyes.
Jecht enters the Dark Room where he sees Bahamut.
"I'm sorry my kin," said Bahamut.
"There must be another way to beat him," said Jecht.
"There is another way," said a Voice from above. A golden light orb floats down.
"Father?" questioned Bahamut.
"You must be the great, Io," said Jecht.
"Jecht Graham, my kin listen well Thanatos is weaker than he was when I sealed him away and I planned for the day he would return to listen to me. you must take the sword of the Dragon King and stab him in the skull," said Io.
"But you know what you are asking, Father," said Bahamut.
"Alright, even though I do not like the idea of killing him. But the world is in trouble if he continues," said Jecht.
