Jecht opens his eyes and hands Siri to Claire.

"wait have you find a way to defeat him?" asked Siegfried.
"Yes, but it might be a challenge," said Jecht.
"Alright, Cronus take them and head back to our world. you will be in charge until we return," said Siegfried.
Yes, Lord Siegfried, I wish you guys luck," said Cronus. They then leave them.
"Are you ready?" asked Siegfried.
"Yeah, let's end this," said Jecht. Jecht transforms into his platinum dragon form and Siegfried into his shadow dragon form and grabs his big sword out of a portal. They fly up to Thanatos. Thanatos sees them flying and tries to swat them away. They swiftly dodge them as they were tiny compare to Thanatos. Jecht flies around Thanatos and Siegfried distracts him. He flies around cutting at Thanatos' hands every time he tries swat him away. Thanatos looks up and see Jecht flying toward his face Jecht's sword then grows into a giant great sword for a dragon. Thanatos opens his mouth and breathes dark flames at Jecht. Jecht continues fly through it. Thanatos feels a sharp pain in his head. Thanatos eyes then see Jecht on his head.
"I am sorry Thanatos, I wish there was another way. I wish your soul is forgiven by Io," said Jecht. Thanatos closes his eyes as giant light appears and Thanatos fades away.
A month has passed since Jecht Graham and Siegfried Fairmount defeated Thanatos. The portal to Celestial Cry does not work anymore and none of seen them. In Kingcardium a new Emperor was crowned Emperor Lucas Kingcarda the IX the young son who sought peace with Everton Kingdom and discontinued the Dragon hunts which has freed the Dragons.
In Dragonia, it seems to still be abandoned but reports of ghost seem to have disappeared and those who went in to study the dragon gave the remains there a proper burial so they can finally rest in peace.

Siri would go on to live on as the last dragon of her people and awaits day the Jecht shall returns to her as she now knows what he is The Descendant of Bahamut her brother.
On the moon of Celestial Cry which was now in ruins there was a camp there. On a cliff Siegfried was staring at the planet.
"Everyone is safe," said Jecht walking up.
"Yes, even though we save our world we have no way back home," said Siegfried.
"Do not worry we will find a way back," said Jecht. "But I won't get use to eating moon beasts to live."
"you get use to the taste and for now it our way of surviving," said Siegfried. "But at least looking at our world safe from harm it was worth it,"
"Yeah," said Jecht. Jecht and Siegfried stared at Zoabos wondering how to return home from the moon but for now they can rest assure that their friends and world are safe.
