Chereads / Reincarnated Into A Girl / Chapter 5 - Classes

Chapter 5 - Classes

Chapter 5

As I walked into the girl's locker room, I did a double-take, whoops, I had almost gone into the boy's locker room by accident. I had almost forgotten I wasn't a male anymore.

Grabbing my gym clothes from my bag, I took off my clothes and tried not to look at the other girls around me. They were all very pretty and rich-looking. It was kind of like being in a room full of barbie dolls. It was a little unsettling.

Quickly pulling on my shorts and shirt, I walked out of the locker room. Today was usually the day my class ran the mile run.

Looking down at my limbs, I sighed, oh boy, this was going to be a very long run. I had barely any muscles.

You didn't need to take PE in Junior year. It was required for the first two years and no more, Alice hated exercising, why did she choose to do this? Just because she didn't know what else to do doesn't mean she has to choose another year of this, she could have chosen another class, one that would help her get a higher GPA or something.

Her body is lacking muscles needed for endurance. I sighed, I needed to get some muscle into this body.

Walking to my assigned number, I stood there. Coach Patterson took attendance and instructed us to go do our warmups then to go to the track for the mile run.

After the warmups, we went to the track, the run took me 10:39 minutes to finish. Ugh, I was covered in sweat. I hated feeling sticky and smelling like dirty socks.

We are allowed to take showers after PE if we wanted to, which of course I did. I didn't want to smell like dirty socks for the rest of the day.

I went back to my dorm to shower. After the shower, I quickly went to my second period.

Calculus was the worst thing that has ever existed in the world, it only brought me pain and suffering.

Sigh, I walked into the class and handed the teacher my makeup work, then sat down in the front row where Alice usually sat.

A few minutes later, the teacher began the lesson.

After I sat through fifty minutes of suffering it finally ended and we were free to have our ten-minute break.

Math was never my strong point, but it was mandatory to learn it. Alice didn't like math very much either, the good news was she has better grades than what I had and all her memories are with me.

Hehehe, good thing I don't have to live through hell again. In some ways, math was fun, but for the split second you look away and stop paying attention, it is like it changes into a completely different language. It was scary.

Sitting down at an empty table, I took out Alice's notebook, she had so many ideas in her head for all these kinds of horror short stories and some regular ones.

Jotting them down into the notebook and a few seconds later someone yanked it away from me, my head snapped up, and glared at the person who stole my notebook, "Hey! What was that for?"

The dude had the audacity to smirk at me, "What? I'm just taking a peek at what you're writing, is there a problem with that?"

Rolling my eyes at him, I stood up, "Yes, there is a problem with that. You took it without my permission. Give it back now." I held out my hand, "Give."

He raised an eyebrow, "Oh, are you going to make me?" He flipped through the pages, clearing his throat, "There once was a little girl named Rose, she loved playing near the well by her house, it was a quiet and peaceful place. One day, she decided to-"

I grabbed it from his hand, or at least I tried to grab it, "Stop reading that!"

He held it away from me, I wasn't about to embarrass myself running around trying to grab my notebook. I stood there with my arms crossed, annoyed, I said, "Stop being childish and give me back my notebook, already."

The damn annoying smirk showed up again, "Why should I? I was about to get to the good part of the story."

Sighing, "Fine, then." I walked over to him, grabbing his arm. I hooked my foot behind his heel and shoved him backward while sliding my foot to trip him.

He lost his balance and I grabbed my notebook from his hand while he was distracted, I shoved it into my backpack and made my way to my third period.

Ugh, so childish, what were we in elementary school? If you were to bully someone at least make it interesting.

I sighed, that guy often did that to Alice, his name is Aric Williams, he was in the 'popular' group. They tend to bully Alice whenever they got a chance to do so, or when they were bored and had nothing else to do, they would mess with her.

Handing the teacher my makeup work, I took my seat. This class should be easy, I was majoring in Biochemistry before getting shoved into this body after all.

A minute later, the bell rang and the teacher took attendance.

The lesson was about carbohydrates and information about them such as Carbohydrates are organic compounds used to store energy, the monosaccharide is a simple sugar, such as fructose or glucose. That complex carbohydrates have two main functions: storing energy and forming structures of living things.

That was basically the entire lesson, the homework was fairly easy and I finished it in the 15 minutes we had leftover in the class.

The bell rang and I hurried to my 4th-period class and handed in my wok before I slid into the seat and immediately froze. Aric was in my freaking class!

Ugh, at least he sat in the back and not in the front, so he wasn't anywhere near me, thank goodness for that. I turned away from him and stared ahead at the teacher's desk. The moment I turned away, I could feel his stare boring into the back of my head. At the moment, if looks could kill, I would probably be dead.

I enjoyed history, I loved learning about the past, the stories of the past fascinated me. What people accomplished, what they failed at, what mistakes they made, what discoveries and differences from then, and the present.

Even with a particular someone boring holes into the back of my head, I enjoyed the lesson. After the lesson was over, I went to lunch and sat with my sister, she was popular-ish, when Alice was with her, no one would make fun of her, mess with her, do anything but be nice to her because if they did, my sister would put them on her hate list.

Let's just say, there was a long, long, long list of names on there.

Being the baby of the family, they loved and cherished me, they were also very overprotective. Whenever I tell my brothers about the bullying, they would offer to 'take care of it' (aka beat them up or give them hell), if it was a boy that is. Girls are for my sister to handle. My brothers would never lay a hand on a woman in that way.

My sister smiled when I walked to her table, "Hey, sis. How has your day been?"

Shrugging my shoulders, I muttered, "It has been okay I guess, same old same old. How has your day been?"

She grinned, "It's been well. Now when you say 'same old same old' do you mean people are bullying you?"

I sighed, "No need to worry, I took care of it."

She raised an eyebrow, "Okay, good to hear." She patted my arm and went back to chatting with her friends. I continued to eat my food.
