I haven't had the slightest idea about how his words can affect me that easily. He knows how to use his words so much—like he has taken full control over it. And it kills me.
"I'm giving it back to you, if that's the case," I said.
"Ouch," he whined but a loud laughter came after. In the end, I unleashed the smile that I have been dying to stifle. I then looked at him absentmindedly, making him look back as his smile widened than the expanse of the sea.
"Damn. What I'd give to see that smile again," he shook his head as he second-handedly removed my grin, making me hit his shoulder.
"Cringe," I insulted.
"I'm willing as long as it's for you," he chortled louder, making me wonder how he can laugh his stomach out for hours now, ever since he came to visit the site at three PM.
"Will you stop it? It's making my ears bleed," I whined as I accidentally landed my gaze at the back seat.
