"I thought you two were supposed to leave today?" Adelina asked once she saw us approaching by the humungous mango tree she always like to spend time on.

"Thought so too. But you know, Lucas here happened to rescue a bunny a while ago so we wish to entrust it to you," I returned, looking back as I gestured Lucas who was now way far from me from his slow walking.
