The Rivers family was known to love animals and riding horses but there was one in the family who was to scared to go near animals.Her name was Emily Rivers,A 16 year old living in A animal ranch in Scotland.Life was simple.Caring for animals was a bit hard for Emily,the Llamas were to scary,And the dogs were to jumpy.Soon the whole town made fun of her for being scared while her family was wrestling with pigs and boar. She was known as a laughing stock. Soon it was riding training.Michael her younger brother at the age of 6 was going to ride ponies for the first time.Kids ride ponies on the ranch to get used to it until they can ride big horses."Em come here and help your brother get up the pony can you?" Emily's mom said. "I well-"

"No need I got up" Michael said smiling with a big grin. Emily almost felt insulted just seeing how easy her little brother got up the pony while she's here shivering.As Emily watched her mom help Little Michael ride she thought "why am I so scared! Why do I freeze at every animal?!" Welts thinking Emily's dog Kovu licked her leg in panicked she screamed scaring her brother and making him fall of the pony. "EMILY!!" Her mom yelled. "ITS JUST A DOG!" Emily felt embarrassed and guilty. As she watched her brother cry she realized he got up fast and tried again.Remembering back when she was little she always gave up easily. Them she decided to go for a afternoon walk.As the sun started to set she heard galloping and clacks on the the hard cement. Trotting by was a group of boys on their elegant brushed horses. "Oh look isn't she the one that owns a ranch but scared of the animals she owns?!" One boy said. "Yeah I think so,hey why own animals if you're going to freeze?!" Another boy yelled.She ran of "this is not what I call a relaxing walk!" She yelled. Running and running she tripped and fell down a steep hill.She was now almost to the entrance of the forest near her home.While thinking she just thought the forest was a great place to relax there wasn't really a lot of bad things in it anyways just some bugs.But Emily knew she could easily squish them to death.The flowers near by made her calm,All the pretty colors were pretty.Emily enjoyed it,Maybe a bit to much. As she finally came back to earth she realized she walked to a part of the forest she didn't know. There she heard a "BOOM" She didn't know what was happening and she panicked but remembering all the trouble she caused at home she tried to stay calm. Then Emily heard neighs from a horse. "Gulp" Emily was frozen and she couldn't move. Finally enough courage she but out of the forest some how managing to get out. All she was thinking was what if she couldn't move what if she stayed still.
