It's the middle of the first quarter for the students of Capital All-Girls High School. Classes have been extremely busy for the past few days. It's the middle of July 2020, only a month left before the first quarter examinations. However, the difficulty the students are facing is nothing compared to that of the teachers.
In the faculty room, located in the West Wing of the school building, their headteacher is getting frantic.
"Argghhh, why did they have to leave now, of all days!"
"Now, now, Akagi-san, complaining won't get you anywhere," the gentle Igarashi Sora comforted.
A young man from the Science department with shaggy, neck-length, grey hair, and a handsome face. He has a gentle and kind personality that is often liked by the girls.
"Easy for you to say, Sora-kun! Your optimistic personality is something that I wish I could have!" the headteacher, Akagi Aneko, infuriatingly remarked. She is known to have quite a short temper, but her elder sister-like slim and tall figure that matches her friendly demeanor towards the students hides this side of hers.
"Headteacher, why don't we just give Class 1 - D to Hideaki-san," Natsumi Haru suggested. Just like her name implies, she has the gorgeous look of spring, a slim figure complimented by her long, silky brown hair, but her attitude is as harsh as the summer heat.
"Kaminari-san will not allow that! He already has Class 1 - B as his advisory."
Kaminari Hideaki is a Science and Electronics teacher with a very bright and powerful personality. Shorter than Natsumi, but louder than Sora, he boasts his blond hair and greatness in both electronics and general science.
"I could take 1 - D!" the kindhearted and friendly Nishiyama Yuki volunteered. She has a short but fit figure, suitable for a Physical and Health Ed. teacher. With a height of 5'5 and powerful arms and leg, she is known for her skills in volleyball.
"I'd rather not have you take 1 - D, Yuki-san. Your greatness in sports will not be useful in teaching Aviation. Of all times, why did that happen now? To make matters worse, their ICT teacher also left! And the remaining teachers are already running packed schedules."
Frustrated and deeply annoyed, the headteacher erratically scratched her short black hair, ruining her cute bob-cut and straight bangs before yelling "WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?"
Capital All-Girls High School is located in the heart of the Etrurian Capital. The country of Etruria is located in the Eastern region of the continent of Elibe, on the planet of Athoa.
The country is filled with many skilled people, as such many schools implemented a specialization program for students to focus on skills they excel at.
In this All-Girls High School, there are many specialization classes, which include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, Aviation, Electronics, Programming, Engineering, Cookery, Sports, and many more. Students choose their desired specialization class enrollment, once the school year starts, their class consists of students who picked the same specialization.
Class 1 - D is an Aviation Class, and sadly, their teacher which is also their class adviser or homeroom teacher, left at the worst possible time. Making things worst, their ICT teacher also left, putting headteacher Aneko in a difficult position.
A student from Class 1 - D is Aoyama Ayaka, she has a kind and friendly personality towards others. Her slim figure and cute face are complemented by her short blonde hair. She has a deep interest in Aviation which she took after her father.
With no one to handle the class, Aviation time passed with everyone bored out of their minds and doing nothing.
"Nehhh, Ayaka-chan, what do you think will happen to our Aviation class?" her classmate, Kurokawa Karen, sluggishly asked. The short girl fixed her long brown hair, then rested her head on her desk. Her hime-style bangs frame around her square and rimless glasses.
"I'm not sure either, Karen-chan. I hope they find a replacement teacher soon."
That same problem is being addressed by Aneko-san, during her break.
"Ahhh no good! I can't think of anybody who is a good replacement for her."
Things are turning dire for Aneko-san, without a replacement teacher for 1 - D, the class will surely be late for their lessons. It's Wednesday, July the 15th today, two days since their class adviser and Aviation teacher left.
Without any idea coming into her mind, she suddenly comes up with a desperate strategy.
"Looks like I'll have to take over their classes starting tomorrow. Arghhh, this is gonna be one hell of a teaching year!"
The headteacher's office door swung open, the Math teacher, Atsushi Mark, entered the room with a confident smile. The tall young man's short, spiky, brown hair caught the attention of the agitated headteacher.
"You seem to be desperate, onee-san," Mark teased the already frustrated headteacher.
"Urgh, Mark? What is it you want?"
"Well actually, I'm here to help."
"You have someone who could be a replacement teacher?"
"Well, yes, but..." Mark scratched his head with a doubtful look on his face.
"What's the matter? Who is it?"
"There is, someone ... I know who can take over 1 - D's Aviation and ICT class."
"That's better, who is it?" Aneko excitedly asked.
"It's ... him!" Mark emphasized.
"Who do you mean? ... Ohhh ... him?" Aneko had a vague idea of who Mark was referring to.
"Yeaaahhh, him. He's the best student in ICT during our high-school days and he is already in training for the airline, so makes sense, right?"
"Uhhh, Mark" - Aneko rested her hand on her desk, she had an unsure feeling - "I know he's very qualified but, I haven't spoken to him in quite a while. It's been 5 years since he left, and we haven't seen each other since the New Year's Eve."
Feeling confident, Mark continued, "Well he can't reject it if it's you, and besides, he's still unemployed so having him around will help him earn some cash."
"But his credentials are -"
"A pilot in training, and an ICT and programming pro, what else do you need?"
Aneko sighed, unsure of what to do, "I'll ask the principal if your suggestion is possible."
"If you're worried about his relationship with other teachers, he's got me and Michael," the Math teacher reassured. "We've been friends since high-school, so he'll get along with us."
Aneko stood up, walked beside Mark, and ruffled his hair. His bangs that normally parts to the right and his spiky brown hair were a mess. "Just take care of him if ever he comes," Aneko blushed with a soft and gentle voice. She left the room and began making her way to the principal's office.
"Hai hai, onee-san!" Mark whispered to himself. He left the room soon after, fixing his hair while on his way to his next class.
For Class 1 - D, classes went smoothly from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. They had lunch from 12:30 to 1 PM and then started Social Studies.
At the very same time in the headteacher's office, Aneko just got back after having a talk with the principal.
"It's a good thing he was permitted to teach here despite having no teaching experience whatsoever."
She sat on her swivel chair, rested her back, and took a deep breath.
"I guess now it's time to call him."
Dialing the number of a person so close to her, she can't help but worry and doubt at the same time. The phone rang, and to Aneko's relief, the person on the other side answered. Feeling optimistic as she began their conversation.
"Hey, it's me, Aneko. It's been a while... hm ... hm-mm... Look, I have a very big request for you... it's about this ..."
Class 1 - D's Social Studies is about to end, with Miss Natsumi wrapping up their lesson. The class is expecting another uneventful subject since ICT is next. With no teacher to take over, Ayaka and the rest of their class just sat on their seats with nothing to do. Some of the girls brought out their phones as soon Miss Natsumi left the room. Others began chatting with their groups, the remained either napped or studied.
As for Ayaka, she distracted herself by reading a book.
"What's that book about, Aya-chan?" Karen asked with an interested tone.
"Ohh, it's a book titled The Flight 981 Disaster?" Ayaka answered with a pleasant tone, she showed remarkable interest in the book she's holding. Her delicate fingers flipped through the smooth, thin pages of the paperback.
"Ehhh, what's it all about?" Karen's curiosity was piqued.
"Ohh it's about a plane crash that happened somewhere in Fibernia."
"Ehh, that's nice!"
Noise began to fill the room, but immersed in her reading, Ayaka was unfazed. But to everyone's surprise, the classroom's front door swung open bumping the classroom wall with a loud crash, startling everyone.
"Take your seats, 1 - D!" it was the headteacher. She yelled loudly that even the drowsy ones woke up, fixed themselves, and sat straight.
Aneko stood in front of the class with a big announcement to make,
"As you all know, it's been 2 days since your Specialization Teacher, and adviser left. This is followed by another sudden resignation of your ICT teacher due to health issues."
Aneko took a breath of relief before giving the good news.
"Luckily, I managed to find a replacement teacher for your Specialization Class and for your ICT subject as well."
The entire class began to mumble, murmuring what Aneko thinks are nonsense words that she didn't care about.
The short announcement ended quickly, Aneko walked towards the door and before stepping out, she gave the class a last-minute reminder,
"Expect to see your teacher tomorrow, classes will proceed as usual. Please treat him kindly 1 - D."
Aneko left the room, stressed and exhausted, "That's one problem done. I hope he'll come tomorrow."
She made her way to the faculty office to tell the good news some of her closest friends.
The students of 1 - D were surprised by the announcement. Not a full minute has passed since Ms. Aneko left the room, almost everyone was already talking about the new teacher.
"Ayumu - chaaan!" Hikari Erika, the cute girl with pale pink-hair called "What do you think will the new teacher look like?" she asked.
Abiko Ayumu, the shy and sleepy, short girl with black hair was just about to doze off, "I don't really know. I'm sleepy," she yawned loudly and rested her head on the desk.
"Ayumu-chan is always sleepy," the caring Emi Kato commented. She has the same height as Erika, but has short, dark-brown hair instead.
"Yeahhhh, I wanna touch her big C-cups and feel em!" Erika enthusiastically told the two. But before she could even put her plan into action, Kato grabbed her hand and stopped her.
"Don't bother her Erika!"
"Ehhh, no fair! Then I'll just grope yours, Kato-chaaaan!"
"Heeyyy!" Kato grabbed Erika's other hand in an attempt to prevent the airhead from groping her chest.
"Now now you two," a mature voice called from the front, "don't disturb Ayumu-chan."
Class president, Haruno Sayuri stood in front of the trio. With a height of 5'11, she stood taller than Kato, Erika, and Ayumu.
"Sayuri-chaaan!" Erika yelled. She tried to free her hands, wanting to grope the Class President's chest.
"Oyy Erika!" Kato struggled to keep the airhead under control.
The pink-haired tried to set herself free from Kato's grasp, but Kato was stronger. The captured Erika can't do anything but wriggle her arm. Erika may look cute and very polite, but she has a very perverted side that you have to be careful with.
"Ehh let me gooo!"
"That Erika is at it again," Karen watched from a distance. "Good thing she's not after Ayaka's B-cups?"
"Did you say something, Karen-chan?" Ayaka asked her seatmate, she was so immersed in her reading that the events unfolding inside the room were unnoticed.
"Betsuni (Nothing)."
Class 1 - D's last subject, Physical and Health Education (PHE), continued as usual until 3 PM. Miss Nishiyama Yuki handled their class and dismissed them early at 3: 55 PM. Without a teacher to handle their homeroom class, the 30 students of Class 1 - D have already left the school by 4: 10 PM.
The short night soon came to pass for everyone. Morning soon came, and it's already 6: 40 AM, the students have already settled in their respective classrooms. The teachers Natsumi, Yuki, Sora and the others went on to their classes and advisories.
But outside the school, one man is rushing to get out of trouble.
"I'M LAAAATEE!"
His messy hair was being blown by the wind, his spectacles covered his eyes.
He entered the school gates with his black trousers and white, short-sleeved pilot shirt wet with sweat. His tie was loose, and he was panting very hard.
He was about to enter the faculty office on the second floor but Mark, the math teacher, greeted him outside.
"You're late, gimme your bag, and go to Class 1 - D. Go up the stairs to the third floor, take a right and you'll find it.
He nodded and took a book and notebook from his backpack before giving it to Mark. Smiling at the sight of his close friend, he hurriedly ran for the stairs, leaving Mark's line of sight
"He never changed. It's been two years since we last met but seeing him now, he's a bit shorter than me, I reckon he's at 5'11 now."
He ran with his black shoes sliding through the smooth corridor floor. By applying force on his left foot, he screeched to a halt right in front of Class 1 - D's door.
"7 o'clock, just in time," he glanced at his watch.
All the girls turned their attention on the man who just entered their room, surprised yet interested. He was tall and slim, and his short, black hair was messy, but it revealed a handsome face. His white short-sleeved polo had shoulder epaulets with two gold stripes, and a loose tie.
He stood in front of the class, fixing his hair and glasses. His bangs that parted to the right looked neat to the girls.
Tension increased as the girls gazed at him with stares that pierced through his soul. But his nervousness soon faded, he looked around and something caught his eye.
To his right is a girl with a slim figure and cute face with short blonde hair reaching her shoulder. He didn't know who she is, but her wonderful smile caught her attention.
It was Ayaka smiling happily as always and blushing for some reason. She nodded to tell the new teacher, Goodluck.
With tension gone, the new teacher mustered up the courage to greet his new students.
"Goodmorning everyone. I'm your new Aviation and ICT teacher. I'm Sir Andy, Akagi Andy. It is nice meeting you all and I look forward to a wonderful school year with you."
The stage is now set for the not-so-normal school life of Sir Akagi Andy in an All-Girls School.
