JOEY became moody and quiet all over again and everybody isolated her except her younger sister who always stared at her.
As days rolled into months and months into years, Joey's parents decided to take drastic decisions about Joey's case.
"We've gotta do something about our daughter's problem" Mr Davidson said.
"What else can we do? We've taking her to the doctors, psychiatrists and now we're taking care of her" Mrs Mariam said chopping carrots.
"We can' just leave her idle in the house" Mr Davidson said.
"Didn't you hear what the doctor said?, Our daughter is possessed!" She lamented "my daughter is possessed Davidson" Mrs Mariam said.
"I know!" Mr Davidson barked".
"Then what?!" Mrs Mariam barked back.
"It's okay... Just calm down" Mr Davidson concluded and after a long pause that can take you through the story again,Mr Davidson said betwixt regret thus; "we'll take her for deliverance".
"What?" Mrs Mariam asked confused.
"The doctor said she's possessed... So we'll take her to Agnes cathedral for deliverance" Mr Davidson said and left.
Meanwhile Wilson,one of Mrs Mariam's helper came to Joey's room to keep her washed clothes and then he taught of talking to her himself and see what was happening from his own perspective. "Hey,Joey I know I'm not your brother but you can talk to me if you need to,okay?" He said and since there was no reply,he decided to leave.
"Have you seen them?" Joey asked.
"Seen who?" Wilson came back then Joey stopped talking.
"Joey speak on I'm listening",Wilson said and sat beside her on the bed.
Joey turned and faced him saying; "my dad raping my mom" Joey replied.
Wilson was puzzled and then replied; "do you mean your dad and mum doing things on bed?" Wilson said.
"No! I saw my dad raping my mum,I saw him." Joey said frighteningly.
"It's okay Joey,you're not the only one that has seen mummy and daddy fucking each other. I've seen them,Max has seen them,even Chloe has seen them. You wanna know how I knew?" Wilson said and Joey nodded. "Because,I saw Chloe looking at her chest strangely in the bathroom and I asked why she did so and she said she saw daddy holding some balls on mummy's chest"Wilson said and saw the expression on Joey's face. "Look Joey,you're not the only one that has seen such things in this house,I have too,I've even seen daddy forcing Mariam" Wilson said.
"What'd you think is happening to me?"Joey asked.
"Nothing Joey. Nothing. I've come to realize that your as normal as everybody in this house" he paused "Mariam and Davidson told us we should stay away from you that your possessed"Wilson said.
"Am I?" Joey asks.
"No, you're not"Wilson said.
"Thank you" Joey appreciated him and Wilson held her hand saying; "you're a simple normal seventeen years old girl...that's who you are" Wilson said. And she looked at his hand untop her hand, watching as he tightened his grip and she quickly removed hers and ran way. Wilson wondered what was wrong with her and also left the room.
