Gina opened her eyes to see a smiling face sitting inches from her nose. Once Mina saw that her eyes were open her smile widened from ear to ear. She moved in and gave her a friendly kiss on the lips. Gina was starting to get used to this in the morning and it seemed that Mina's Day was brighter, sharing her morning happiness with Gina. Gina bounced out of bed thinking today might be the day that they get word where Katie was.
Mina jumped out of bed too, she didn't want to be left behind. Mina watched what Gina was putting on and made sure to dress differently. Mina learned after once when she tried to dress the same. Gina seemed to cry every time she looked at her that whole day. Gina had explained to her that Katie would always dress and look like her twin, and it just made her miss Kaity so much more. Seeing her reaction was enough for Mina to never dress to match her again. She always dressed to compliment her trying to at least stay in the same color.
