- Mila has retrograde amnesia. When you have retrograde amnesia, you lose existing, previously made memories. This type of amnesia tends to affect recently formed memories first. Older memories, such as memories from childhood, are usually affected more slowly.
- Mila's mother died before she was able to percieve enough to remember, as she was told. In the previous chapter we get a first person, point of view of the death of her mother. This was triggered by "the man's" mention of a bullet in between her eyes. Unlocking memories children are unable to access.
-The man killed in the last chapter was one of "the man's" men.
- Mila is currently in a coma in the real world. She is living in her subconsciuos.
I hope this cleared up a few things!
