Alliyah and Sharmaine were not only just best friends, confidante to each other but they have treated each other as sisters.
"YOU ARE NOT LESS IMPORTANT TO ME!"
"THEN, WHY LEFT ME TO DIE! WHYYYYYYYY!!!!" angrily asked by Sharmaine.
A deafening question that haunts Alliyah. Even her tight grasp on the wrist of Sharmaine is starting to weaken. She is trying her best to prevent Sharmaine from slashing her throat with her sharp claws.
Then something wicked came off from Sharmaine mouth.
"WHAT IF- I TRY, give a quick taste on your little precious Areej. Since I am your number one, time to prove me and share that little brat!" An evil smirk released by Sharmaine.
"NOOOO!! I WILL NOT LET YOU !!"
"OH, I THINK I WILL!!"
"OH SHARMAINE! PLEASE NO!" desperately begged by Alliyah but Sharmaine suddenly got loose from Alliyah's tight grasp.
A desperate race that Alliyah never imagined in her entire life to happen.

Alliyah does her best to catch up to her best friend.
Sharmaine senses Alliyah just right behind her. So, she leaps so high that she reaches the large branch of the tree above her. She plans to sneak behind Alliyah and attack her from behind.
Suddenly Alliyah stopped when her bestfriend suddenly disappeared in front of her.
Then she hears someone jumps from above her but it was too bright to see what it was. It surprised her when the presence of Sharmaine suddenly appeared behind her.
Consecutive strong punches and a strike of Sharmaine using her knees got Alliyah fall into the ground.
"I will make sure you will suffer and feel the pain I felt. Especially when you left me to dry." Sharmaine tells Alliyah.
Eyes of Sharmaine was full of resentment and anger towards Alliyah. It was filled with anger and pain for being left by her own bestfriend.
"I was planning to get back to you Sharmaine, I wanted to make sure Areej was safe first. Just like how I would want you to do as well. If I was in your position that is what I would expect you to do as well." Alliyah explains to her best friend.
"Do not act like a saint! You are just saying that because you never felt how I felt. You never felt the betrayal and the pain of being left alone." accusation of Sharmainetowards Alliyah.
*** The Night when the vampires attacked Caragua Island ***
Right after Sharmaine stood up, she covered herself with a shoal, then a dangerous presence appeared in front of her and immediately lunged at her.
Only pain and strong grip on her both wrists which makes her powerless. Her own strength has no match against the merciless being devouring her alive. She could feel pure pain and fear.
It was a night full of terror. Tears start to fall non-stop as the pain starts go intense. Sharmaine wants to scream for Alliyah, her bestfriend.
Even though the pain is becoming intense, Sharmaine tried her best to look for Alliyah so she could tell her to save herself. She wants Alliyah to be safe but the image of Alliyah with Areej leaving her on her own dying broke her and made her feel more pain.
Rushing pain of betrayal being left. She did not expect Alliyah will leave her like that.
Memories of Alliyah promising her that Sharmaine is her number 1 and the most important to her.
'But why? Why leave me while you save that little brat?' whispered by Sharmaine while she is being sucked dry.
Vision of Sharmaine starts to go blurry and she looked at the starry night as she falls to the oblivion.
Everything became silent … dark … and empty …
After few minutes, Alliyah came rushing back. She sees Sharmaine on the floor swimming with her own blood, lifeless.
"NOOOOO!!! NOO!!!!! Wake up !!! Oh my GOD!! " Alliyah broke into tears and cried sooo hard.
Feeling so much pain inside seeing her lifeless best friend but the screams of the orphan children made her realize that they are in danger and still alive.
Alliyah gently laid her best friend down and covered her with the shoal she was holding before she got attacked.
Then Alliyah rushed inside the orphanage, hoping to save the kids.

"I told you over and over again, I did not want you to die. Not like that, I tried my best to come back for you." Alliyah explained to her raging best friend.
"Lies! Just wait and dear Areej will join the other kids in the afterlife." Sharmaine carries Alliyah whole body with

Loud thump of sound from the impact of the body of Alliyah can be heard after Sharmaine threw her like a lumber towards the large trunk of the tree. Then Sharmaine disappeared using her super speed abilities.
Alliyah immediately stood up trying to catch up with Sharmaine. She kept thinking that she must not let Sharmaine harm Areej.
It is a desperate plea of Alliyah for Areej to be safe and for her to be able to catch on Sharmaine.
Finally, Sharmaine was able to get to Areej before Alliyah gets to.
Though, the moment Areej saw Sharmaine, she wanted to be happy and rush to give her a hug but her appearance alarms her.
It spooked Areej to see Sharmaine with a murderous intent towards her.
"Hello, little brat! Did you miss me? Come give your best teacher a hug." Sharmaine scarily greets Areej with so much evil intent.
"W-w-where is Allie? I-I-I think you look sick Miss Sharmaine! D-d-do you want some medicine? W-w-we can wait for Allie." Nervously replied by Areej.
Sharmaine tries to approach Areej filled with vicious intent.
"Why you looking for Allie if I am here? Don't you want to play with your favorite teacher?" Sharmaine issues a threatening question. Her expressions shows so much threatening vibes.
It makes the instincts of a child like Areej to know that she is in danger. Then, the reminder of Alliyah flashes into the mind of Areej that once she gets into a position where there is a beast or any threatening situation that she will be in, all she needs to do is scream Alliyah's name.
"AAAA-L-L-L-L-I-I-I-EEEEEE!!!" Desperately screamed by Areej.
Right before Areej can scream louder for help, Sharmaine moves in an instant like in a blink of an eye, Sharmaine appears in front of her and then chokes her.
Areej struggling to breath under the grasp of Sharmaine while crying. Then she sees Alliyah's appearance approaching from behind Sharmaine.
Though, Sharmaine was able to anticipate Alliyah's arrival through Areej's eyes and hearing Alliyah rushing footsteps.
"tsk tsk tsk, you better not do anything careless there." Sharmaine threatening Alliyah while shaking her head.
Alliyah immediately stopped her tracks.
"S-s-stop !! PLEASE, this is not you Sharmaine. PLEASE! Let her go. She is just a kid! Please Sharmaine." Desperate plea of Alliyah while her tears kept falling.
"You are right, this is so not me. I should not be doing this. I should let Areej go."
Sharmaine agrees to Alliyah while looking at Areej.

A pause and a silence, only the breeze of wind and desperate sobbing for pleas of Alliyah could be heard.
The grasp of Sharmaine on Areej's neck is not too tight.
Then, after few moments of silence and pause…
"This is not me, I should let this kid go." Sharmaine stated to Alliyah as she looked at her.
Sharmaine moved her arms and loosened her grip on Areej's neck.
Areej was crying while Alliyah could not stop praying for Sharmaine to spare the young child.
Then …
Alliyah sees Sharmaine moves her arms and loosened her grip but she does it so she could toss Areej hard enough to throw her off the cliff.
It was like in a slow motion that Areej was floating in the air going beyond the edge of the cliff.
"A-A-L-L-I-I-E-E !!!" screamed by Areej.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!!! Areeeeeej!!!" desperately screamed for life by Alliyah.
