When Mei opened her eyes,she discovered herself on the bed.She tried to look around as soon as she came to her sense. But she couldn't find anyone around her.
She then remembered the scene from the morning;the face of their house maid, that brutally killed body,everything.
She embraced her head with her hands.She couldn't think what to do.
She then started to look for her aunt,but she had not came back yet. And as her cousins were gone to the neighbouring village, so she was all alone.
Suddenly a thought came across her mind.Who carried her to the bed?
She couldn't think straight.
And who killed their maid?
She had no strength and courage to go to the kitchen and check again.
So,Mei decided to go to the town and search for some help.
She was always too shy and too innocent to face something like this. Still she needed to help the corpse as soon as possible. So the only thing came on her mind that time was she had to rush to the town where she knew some people. But she didn't pay attention to the fact that already it was getting dark and she had not take any food in the whole day.
She started to ran but after sometime she realised how weak her body was. She was looking for some help.Though no one usually came here, but still some might be cross for their businesses. She desperately crying for some help.But only heard some noises of birds.
She tried to ran but only to collapsed on the ground.
Though she had never been in such situation but surprisingly she ws determined to not give up.She stood up using all her energy against the gravity.
Suddenly someone picked her up with one hand on a running horse.She screamed with all her energy tried to get down but that grip was too strong.
