A crowd of student flock the entrance to the school building, all seemingly looking up to the sky. Voices of concern and curiosity fills the air.
Lucas halts his steps, also curious at what's happening that made the entire school ecstatic in the morning. He won't be able to look what it was when his classmate rushes up to him, his face pale in both shock and fear.
"L-Lucas... Thank God you're here!"
"What's going on here?"
"Charles..."
He got his answer when he looked up and saw a figure standing atop of the building, his position in a dangerous one. He quickly rushes up to see him while constantly praying that nothing bad would happened.
The loud crash of the metallic door echoes the place, followed by a rather violent gush of wind.
"C-charles... What are you-"
"Why... Lucas?"
Lucas shook his head and swallowed hard while trying to calm himself. His whole body's trembling due to fear. He walked slowly towards him for the fear that something might have happened if he rushed things.
"Please... Stop it... C-come down..."
A deafening silence followed. Only the sound of his heartbeat can be heard.
"C-charles... P-please... No..."
"Lucas, don't forget about me. Because I won't forget about you."

Present time
Gray just got out of the building when his phone rang.
"Yeah, yeah. I just finished. Should I go there? Okay. See you." He put back the phone on his pocket and started walking. It was a quiet and peaceful Saturday morning, with Gray having his usual routine. After going to that place, he goes straight to Castle's house to eat and play games with him until late at night.
'Should I invite Lucas? But I don' t think Castle would like it.'
A memory of them kissing suddenly flashed into his mind that made him stopped on his tracks.
'Why... All of a sudden-'
He unconciously reached out to his chest and felt his heartbeat going wild.
'What's happening to me? I feel weird...'

A loud grunt escaped from Castle's lips followed by a glare to Lucas who looks absent minded and unaware at what's happening. They are now at Castle's room playing video games but they keep on losing that made him mad.
"What' s wrong with you, Gray? Are you okay?"
"H-huh? Of course. Let's play."
Castle sighed. "We can't play if your absent minded like that. Tell me, is something bothering you?"
"B-bothering me? Nothing. I'm completely fine."
Castle eyes him suspiciously. He keeps looking at the ceiling like there's something amazing up there. That's when he knows he's lying. Gray can't look into someone's eyes if he's not telling the truth.
"Well, there's nothing I can't do if you don't speak up." He said and put the controller down. "I don't like to play games anymore. Let's just eat downstairs."
"I..."
"What is it?"
Gray looked down and played with his squeezed the hem of his shirt tightly as if to gather strength in there.
"How would you know if you come to like someone?" His voice is so quiet, almost unadible to the ears but still enough for Castle to hear clearly.
"Do you like someone?"
"No! J-just a question... I was just curious."
'You're so curious that your face is all red.'
"Hmmm... I wonder. I haven't really liked someone for a long time now."
"Didn't you have girlfriends before?"
"I do. But it doesn't last long, probably because we don't like each other that much."
"So, how do you know you like them?"
"You just... Feel it? I really don't know." Gray went quiet, his face still red. Castle leans in closer and whispers. "Is it someone I know?"
Gray glances at him in surprise. "I told you, I was just curious!" He stands up and backs away, making Castle laugh loudly.
"You're really bad at hiding things, Gray. You should tell me, you know. So I could help you."
"I don't even know if I like that person."
"Then don't force yourself. You'll figure it out eventually." He stands up too and gives him a pat on the shoulder. "Just don't forget to tell me, okay? Or else I'll get really mad."
"Of course. I won't hide it to you."
He flashes a smile. "Let's eat. I wonder what's for dinner..." He walked out first. He could hear Gray's footsteps behind him sooner.
'I wonder who's that person...'

It was dark with only a phone vibrating continously on the table giving the place a shed of light. It was also messy, with a variety of bottles and junks lying on the floor. On the bed is a man peacefully sleeping, with one of his hand holding a picture frame close to his chest, his breathing slow and ragged.
The vibration on the phone continues until it finally stops flashing a message that says:
'HAPPY BIRTHDAY :)'
