"Oh, it's already time for the next class? I didn't sleep well last night at all!" Westin said grouchily to himself... or someone. "Layla, you didn't come over last night."
"Excuse me, I am not Layla," I answered shortly.
"Come on, Layla. It's not time to be joking around." Westin said as put his hand around my waist flirtingly. Drawing circles slowly. "Or, are you Rose? No, Cindy?"
"I said I am not her!" I shouted almost screaming.
His fingers never stopped, and I felt sick.
I couldn't take it anymore.
"Westin, I can't believe you are like this." I finally said through gritted teeth, with disgust.
I didn't wait for an answer and stood up from my chair. I heard laughter from all the other girls who heard and saw everything. Finally, Westin looked up and stared at me in awe.
"Wait! Beth, that wasn't!"
I stormed out of the room with no second thought. I gave him one last glance before walking out of the door.
I felt so angry, so angry that the innocent and cheerful Westin that I thought I had known, was someone guy who sleeps around with girls?
Then, I met the teacher. Now I had to come out with some reason to skip this class.
"Hello, Elizabeth!" The teacher called out merrily. "Are you ok?"
"Teacher. May I be excused. My stomach is hurting very badly." I whispered as if I was very weak from the pain. I never knew I was so good at faking. "Please keep the boys away, please... You know what I mean..."
"Sure, sure. Oh... You poor little thing." The teacher answered softly. Good thing she was a woman. "I get it... I was your age once upon a time."
Ugh, duh, of course, you were my age once upon a time. You weren't born being 30 years old. Ok, that was rude.
"Beth!' Westin called again from behind me. I groaned and kept walking.
"Now, you bad little thing. Hurry and get to class!" The teacher said teasingly. "She's gonna be fine. Shoo! Shoo! Nothing you boys can do."
I smiled proudly at myself, for being such a great actor, but at the same time, I felt bad for lying to the teacher.
"It's okay, one day I'll tell her the truth." I comforted my guilty conscience.
"Hey. Where are you going?"
I knew exactly who it was, the deep voice, and the minty scent. I walked straight to him, but I did not look at his face, I just stared at his feet.
"I want to get out of here," I said.
"What?" Tobias asked, sounding very confused.
"I said," I swallowed hard, "I want to get out of here. I know you can do that for me."
"Elizabeth..."
"Can you take me back to my house, please?" I said and finally looked into his eyes. His eyes also looked into mine.
It was as if time had stopped, I seemed to have forgotten everything about Westin... As if, in this entire world, it was only Him and I.
"What about school?" He asked, but his eyes never left mine.
"Fuck school," I answered shortly. My breaths started to speed up, and somehow, somewhere deep inside, I wanted to get closer and closer to him. I wanted to...
Kiss him.
"Sure, don't regret it!" Tobias answered challengingly and picked me in the bridal style. I knew he was trying to hide his smile. The world just seemed perfect with him. I giggled loudly, as his fingers wrapped around my waist. However, I had to stop when I saw Crystal standing there at the end of the hallway staring at me. She just stood there, with wide eyes, watching Tobias jump out of the window, with me in his arms.
I didn't know what facial expression to make, so I just turned away and snuggled closer to Tobias.

Within minutes, we reached my house. He climbed in from my window, quickly with no difficulty. Then, he placed me on my bed like a baby.
"Hey," I whispered, not sure if Uncle Dan and Aunt Arora were home.
"What?" He also answered quietly.
"When you climbed into my room... You did it with no difficulty like you were used to it, and... you knew exactly where my bed was, and where I usually hung my school bag..."
He looked away guiltily and whispered. "Well, I did sneak in a few times before..."
"A few times?" I asked, and crossed my arms in front of my chest.
"Maybe more than a few times."
"Or, do you mean, every night?"
"I guess?"
"That's creepy," I answered with a sigh. By now, nothing surprises me anymore. I laid back down on my down and signed again. Say the truth, I haven't felt so relaxed for such a long time.
Tobias didn't say anything and just sat by me silently.
You know what, this is a nice chance for me to ask some questions.
"Tobias?"
"What's up?"
"My real name is not Elizabeth Wulfhart, right? Jayden is not my real brother."
"You're absolutely correct."
"Oh my God..." I said to my self and took a deep breath. "Then... When are you guys gonna take me back to where I belong?"
"Do you even know where you belong?"
"No... because you never told me."
Then, I heard Tobias groan. And I heard him move around on my bed at lightning speed, making it shake violently. When I opened my eyes. His face was right above mine, his eyes staring down at mine. His two arms were on both sides of my head. His legs on both side of mine.
"You need to find out who we are first, and then I will take you back. Remember, once you leave. You are never coming back." Tobias said threateningly, his eyes seemed to turn red.
"Get off me." I felt my face heating up.
"Your face is getting red like before. Little Tomato." Tobias said as he smiled warmly at me.
"I love your smile," I whispered. Part of me regretted saying it, but another part of me felt glad that I finally admitted the fact... That, maybe, I am starting to have some kind of feelings for Tobias, even a little bit...
He kept staring down at me. He leaned closer and closer to my face. I didn't know what to do, what to think. I just stared back into his bright ocean blue eyes.
Is he gonna kiss me? My first kiss...
Suddenly his eyes turned dark red, and he moved away quickly like lightning. He panted loudly and stared at his hands. His back was faced toward me.
"It's getting late." He said and disappeared into thin air.
"What..." I whispered.
Then the pictures of what just happened came popping into my head again!
"Did he try to..."
Until I find who they are, I will never have answers. Then, I will find out who they are!
I turned to the computer again. Nothing was touched. Everything was the same since the last time I looked.
The cold ones...
I clicked in. Then it came out. The words in bloody red.
Vampires...
