Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: What It Takes For True Strength

'If we infuse our energy together, and open ourselves to each other freely our bodies will converge into one. This will in turn amplify our strength and together we can defeat this golem. Now we can only fuse for a short period of time, but the more we grow together and the stronger our bond becomes the longer and stronger our fusion will become.'

The dragon said to Chang lee explaining how to fuse, 'Okay we can do this I open myself freely.' Chang Lee said to the dragon as their energies converged into one he could feel his power growing, as the bolder landed one him.

The golem stood there staring at the bolder that landed on Chang Lee. Dust filled the air from the impact, When suddenly the bolder split in two, Chang Lee walked out as if nothing happened. He had red scales that formed around his eyes and hands, He had claws that came out of his finger tips. He could feel his strength more than doubled.

He walked towards the golem when he suddenly disappeared, re-appearing behind the golem throwing a punch breaking a chunk of the golems body off making it fall to its knee as it turned around swinging its fist.

Chang Lee raised his hand catching the golems fist stopping it mid air, Chang Lee squeezed the golems hand crushing it from the pressure. the golem stood up to prepare for another attack when suddenly Chang lee burst through its chest destroying the golem instantly.

Chang Lee dropped to the grown as he felt his strength evaporate from his body, 'What's happening to me I cant move!' Chang Lee yelled at the dragon as he felt fatigued all of a sudden.

'This is the draw back from that form it consumes your energy to the point of exhaustion and were our bound isn't that strong yet you are feeling a stronger draw back, it should only be used as a last resort until you master this technique.' the dragon replied explaining the situation to Chang Lee.

As Chang Lee passed out he had a dream that not even he could explain. "Do you want true strength?" a voice said as Chang Lee floated into darkness "Do you want power beyond your wildest dreams?" Chang lee looked around to find who was talking but all he could see was darkness. "Do you wish to become GOD?"

"WHO ARE YOU?" Chang Lee roared back. "I'm the creator of everything you see and know. I've been looking for someone to take on my legacy, someone who might surpass me one day. You are the only one who has destroyed the golem. I have placed dungeons around the universe with my treasures in them, several being on your world now. If you do take on my legacy you will gain my bloodline and you will have to cultivate from scratch, but you can grow several times stronger then you are now. The more percentage your body converts into my bloodline the stronger and faster your cultivation will grow. You will keep all your techniques you've learned its just you will have to regrow the strength to control them. Once you reach the strength I am you will become a creator one who can bend the universe to their will. Do you accept my bloodline, if not this deal and all the treasure will be lost to you forever."

Chang Lee sat there thinking of what he should do he was put in between a rock and a hard place. He didn't want to lose all his strength and he didn't want to leave this offer alone in fear of losing out on something huge. After thinking about it he decided what he wanted to do.

"Well what's your answer?" the voice said once more. "I will take your offer and take on your legacy!" Chang Lee said with full confidence. A violet drop of blood came down from above Chang Lee it was glowing with a bright color it was the bloodline of the creator. "As you take this you will gain my blood line train and become as strong as me so one day you can surpass me."

The drop of blood went into Chang Lees chest as his body absorbed it, Chang Lee suddenly felt a sharp pain as he clenched his chest and dropped to his knees. "aghh" he roared as he was filled with pain as his strength diminished into nothingness.

"You can train in that pocket dimension for two weeks before you will teleport out to in front of the door where you entered here. I also leave you that sword keep it close and learn its secrets." The voice said as Chang Lee opened his eye seeing he was back where he defeated the golem.

"You finally woke up about time!" He heard a little girl said as he looked up, he saw the girl had red scales over her body and small horns protruding from her head.

"Uhm who are you?" Chang Lee asked in confusion, "Tell me you haven't forgotten, we made a pact together for crying out loud." She said with a annoyed look as she glared at Chang Lee.

"It can't be..." He said as he stared deeply at her.

"What's your name you haven't told me yet." Chang lee asked

"It's Rin" she said with a slight smile Chang Lee sat up "That's a nice name, I like it Rin"

"Well now that you are up we can find a way out of this place." She said ready to go back to their world and find a piece of normality from what's been going on around them. "We can't just yet I have to train for two weeks, and then we can go back. If you couldn't tell I lost all my strength I traded it for a new power one were I have no limits."

Chang Lee stood up and walked towards the sword, He tried to lift it but he couldn't. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't pick up the sword. Seems I need to become stronger, he lifted one of the rocks that was laying on the ground one that would give him some strain so he could start building his muscles, once he exhausted his body physically he sat in a meditative state and started working on strengthening his connection with light energy.

A day passed before he stood up and cast a light spell that replenished his energy and he got back to strength training. He did this for the whole first week, His body became more defined and his muscles grew a little bit. He didn't sleep as he had his rejuvenating spells that would revive his needs. He grew strong enough to lift boulders and now he was barley able to lift the sword but not to were it was off the ground he could move it but that was it.

He would move around with the sword for the next few days and his body became stronger to were he could lift the sword but not for extended periods of time. He trained his body and abilities all day for the entire two weeks, he now could carry the sword on his back he was slow at moving and had to take periodic breaks to rest.
