I walk down the quiet halls. Pacing back and forth, waiting and praying that the man will lose interest.
The huge wooden doors are thrown open and the king (my father) walks out accompanied by a group of young men. They are smiling and whispering quietly. My father waves his hand motioning to me.
"As you lovely gentleman can see she is a beauty. She has her mothers blue eyes and my brown hair and freckles, she's got nice breasts and good hips for making and having children. She's a nice height and she's pure." He says with a smile. Pure. A virgin is what he means. I want to kill him for doing this to me. Selling me. The boys are whispering again, two of them come up and look at my breasts and butt, then they start bickering back and forth over who will buy me.

My father walks back into the room and the young boy steers me toward another set of doors down the hall. "My chariot awaits you my lady." He mutters.
The other boys have already left. Swearing the boy for getting me to himself. Just then I hear yelling and my two younger sisters come running down the hall. Followed by my younger brother. The wrap theirs arms around the man and punch and kick his legs. They try to reach his stomach but they are only children and he is too tall.
"Your evil! Your da evilest man I ever sawed" Lilian yells.
"Yeah! My sister Lila and brother Daniel yells."
The man bends down to their level and pushes their hands away gently.
"I would never ever hurt your sister, but those other guys that wanted to buy her, they were the most evil people you've ever seen. They have lots of girls at home that they take and they don't give back. I promise I will treat your sister much better than your father has." He then stands. My sibling nod their heads and hug my legs with sniffles. He should have hit them. They talked back to a prince. They'd be dead if it were father. I look at the man with prying eyes. Is it possible this forced husband isn't so evil after all?
