Chapter 73 - Old Memory

A day goes by and they both return home to London, England. Schaffe was in his office with Jay.

"I need you to call all Alliance for a meeting for the info we have collected," said Schaffe.

"Yes, I will arrange the meeting sir," said Jay. "You should get some rest. You have bags under your eyes."

"Yeah, it has been an interesting time last night," said Schaffe. "I could take a nap."

"Alright, I am off," said Jay, he leaves. Schaffe tries to finish his paperwork since he has been gone for a day. But he ends up passing out on his desk from exhaustion.

Schaffe starts to have a dream or a forgotten memory. He was a young boy when he followed his father, James Frye to an area in the manor.

"Father, where are we going?" asked Young Schaffe.

"I just want to show you this," said James. He brings Schaffe to a wall where he feels the wall till his right-hand goes in a bit and it opens a secret door.

"A secret passage?" asked Young Schaffe.

"Yeah, I have a feeling one day when you are in trouble you might want to find our secret armory," said James. "But you got to keep it a secret that wat it stays that way."

 "Okay, Father," said Young Schaffe.

Schaffe awakens by his son James at his desk.

"Father, are you okay?" asked James.

"Yeah, just taking a little nap is all," said Schaffe. Jay walks in and sees this.

"Sir, you know you have the bed, right?" questioned Jay.

"Sorry could not hold it I guess," said Schaffe.

"Hey, Father, Mother got me a new Western storybook," said James, with joy.

"And? You read it with her," said Schaffe stretching in his desk chair.

"No, it's better when you read it to me," said James.

"Well, I guess my nap can wait then," said Schaffe. He gets up and James gives him the book. Schaffe goes to his couch where he has a record player and he looks throw his records. James takes a seat.

"I will go get some snacks," said Jay. He leaves for the kitchen.

"Ah, found it," said Schaffe. He finds a record where it plays old Western music to help with the atmosphere.

"Alright," said James. He sits down on the couch.

 "Let us begin," said Schaffe.

Later that evening, Schaffe, Jonathan, and Jay were walking in the manor to where the spot he and his father went to years ago. They make where they see a fancy-looking painting.

"Ah, this work, I found cleaning the storage and thought it looked perfect right here," said Jay. He would look shocked when he saw Schaffe pick up and throw it off the wall breaking it to clear off the wall.

"You mad?" asked Jonathan, with confusion.

"Lordy Frye, that painting could have cost a lot of money," said Jay. Schaffe starts feeling the wall for the button.

"Is there something wrong, here?" asked Jonathan.

"Yes, it was an old memory I just remembered that my father has showed me, long ago," said Schaffe. He finds it and reveals a secret door that opens.

"What I barely knew this was here," said Jay.

"There a reason I must have had a memory it like my father is trying to tell me from beyond the grave," said Schaffe. "It could be something that could prevent Fantasia." They head in.
