Chapter 56 - Bird Demon

Schaffe and Jonathan fight the Bird Demon. Schaffe uses lighting magic to try to get it down from the sky. It gets struck and falls and Jonathan goes in for an attack and cuts one of its wings. The one on the right.

"He should be easy to take down now," said Schaffe.

"Right," said Jonathan. He goes and attacks the head but he gets kicked back. Schaffe goes in for a slash but The Beast gets ready to fire a blast out of its mouth at him he uses a reflect spell which makes it bounce back at the Beast in the face. Jonathan goes in and stabs it in the head killing it and it starts to fade away.

  "Smashing," said Schaffe.

"But how are you here?" asked Jonathan.

"Someone asked for my help and I just appeared and saw you attack that beast," said Schaffe. They see the Young Schaffe come to them.

"Who are you?" asked Young Schaffe.

"Ah, Just a bumbling Fool, no one important," said Schaffe. "But It's time for you to head back home, Mom waiting." They head towards the tower.

They reach the tower and they see a six-foot mirror standing there.

"She through there," said Schaffe. The Young Schaffe goes to the mirror and touches it with his right hand and he fades into it.

"What happened to him?" asked Jonathan.

"He returned where he came," said Schaffe. "I guess this mirror seems important to me." They looked at it and only Jonathan had a reflection.

"It's a strange mirror," said Jonathan.

"I don't know why it won't show my reflection though?" questioned Schaffe. The look and see the island was starting to fade away and Jonathan returned to the real world.

Jonathan was back in the hospital room.

"Good work, it seems you have finished the job," said Godo. He looks and sees Schaffe is still asleep.

  "He not up?" asked Jonathan.

"He still suffering from all the sleep he lost," said Godo. "But he should make a good recovery now."

"Alright, I guess we wait then," said Jonathan.

"yes, it seems we are done," said Godo who teleported away.

Meanwhile in the undergrounds of London. Jack was sharpening his dagger when he felt something.

"What this? Someone has broken my spell over Lord Frye," said Jack. "Well, no matter we will meet again I assure you of it. But we wait for now."

A day goes by and Schaffe is awake refreshed and back to work in his office with Jay.

"It's good to see you back to your old self," said Jay.

"Indeed, my man, slept good even in the hospital," said Schaffe.

"We should still go on a vacation to leave London till this ripper is gone," said Jay.

"Yes, I already arranged for it just waiting for the tickets it should be in a day," said Schaffe.

"Very good, I will prepare some things," said Jay. He leaves to do so.

"But you might have to go without me, as I have business with Jack The Ripper," thinks Schaffe.
