The year is 1899, it has been ten years since Schaffe and Jonathan defeated Jack the Ripper. The Frye Order has expanded since then as they set up bases all over the United Kingdom. Even areas not in England, like Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Schaffe, of course, was getting old, even for a half-demon as now he was thirty-three years old, even some near him thought he should retire from the demon hunting to focus on building the Order from within the business side. Schaffe, of course, has continued to hunt demons as he vowed to keep his homeland safe. Schaffe was in his office, singing papers for his company when Jay came in.
"Sir, Lady Frye, and the children are ready to eat dinner with you," said Jay.
"I will be done in a minute," said Schaffe, as finished up.
"To think it will be Emily's tenth birthday soon," said Jay.
"Yeah, it seems time has really flown by," said Schaffe.
"It is you and Victoria's ten-year anniversary soon as well in the week," said Jay.
"Ah, shit, I almost forgot that I have to get her something," said Schaffe.
"Don't worry Sir, I will help you pick something, so, she is not very upset with you," said Jay.
"You are my savior, Jay," said Schaffe.
"Of course, sir," said Jay. "I will serve the Frye Family, until to the end."
"Alright, let's get going," said Schaffe. He gets up from his desk and stretches his back. They begin to walk to the dining room.
They walk into a hallway, where they see a young boy. He looked like he was around four years old, He had brown scraggly hair, He had light-colored skin, and Scarlet-colored eyes. He seems to be wearing what a cowboy would wear.
"Oh, now it seems we ran into a lawman," said Schaffe, playing along with the boy. This was Schaffe's son, Schaffe James Frye Junior, but so no one gets confused by them having the same name the boy goes by James, his middle name, and Schaffe and Jay have commented that he looks like Schaffe's father, James Jonathan Frye. James takes out a toy revolver aims at Schaffe and fires it. Schaffe would dramatically fall to the ground and act dead.
"It seems the day was saved," said Jay.
"Are you okay, father?" asked James.
"No, it seems the law killed me," said Schaffe, lying on the ground acting dead.
"We better hurry before mother gets angry," said James.
"Ah, you're a brilliant man at your age," said Schaffe. They all go and enter the dining room.
They enter the dining room, where they see Victoria. She was wearing a fancy black dress. She was with two young girls. One girl who was nine years, she had long black hair, pale skin, and red eyes. She wore a purple dress. This was Schaffe's Eldest, Emily Maria Frye. The Youngest girl looked like she could be two, she had short black hair, light-colored skin almost white, with brown eyes, and she wore a purple dress as well. Garnet Lillith Frye was her name. Whey sat down while Jay stood by.
"Good evening, dear," said Victoria.
"Good evening, to you my lady," said Schaffe.
"James, why still dressed like that?" asked Emily.
"I want to be a sheriff," said James.
"Well, you from London, not America," said Emily.
"I don't care, I want to be a lawman," said James.
"Now, Emily, leave your brother be," said Victoria.
"When I was his age, I used to be a knight in my garden, had a good dog and he was the dragon," said Schaffe.
"You have armor?" asked Jay.
"Not really, but my mother found an old knight helmet that fit me back then," said Schaffe. "I bet it's still in the storage, somewhere."
"And I think you were a princess when you were his age," said Victoria.
"More like a wicked witch," said James.
"You bastard," said Emily.
"Hey, language," said Victoria.
"Sorry, mother," said Emily.
"You should say sorry too," said Victoria.
"Sorry," said James.
"It reminds me of when I was young with my sister," said Schaffe.
"I can't say Jonathan and Alucard were the same either," said Victoria. "Also, are you heading out tonight?"
"Of course, I still have a duty," said Schaffe.
"Just be careful," said Victoria.
