Suddenly, after probably the time after a squirrel climbs a tall tree, Ansell sees light, shining behind him. It's Blake's power. His heart skips a beat. No... Maybe, Blake's trying to blind the bear… but, he hears a small scream.

Oh no… He looks back immediately and sees the bear biting Blake's leg, about to drag him to its cave. Without thinking, Ansell immediately runs to save.  Harvey and Sean look behind and their eyes widen. They all freeze in fear, all in panic. Harvey's earthquake isn't working at all.

"No! go away!" Blake says with raspy voice, not wanting any else to be injured and just let him be the bait. Blake raises his hand and lets out his light again, thinking maybe this time will work, but the bear bites his arms. He clenches his teeth, holding his scream. What kind of bear is this?! Heart thumping fast and tears fall down from Blake... he couldn't make a move, the bear will bite again… But, it hurts like hell… His power can't save him. The bear is biting his legs back, chewing the bones. Blake clenches his fists harder, his whole body is numb.

Harvey just freezes, he thought that the earthquake was enough to take a grizzly down. Why can this be happening? His heart thumps fast as he starts to think that it's not a usual bear. He should help Ansell, but, that's not a good idea. He can't do karate, or as agile as Ansell. He'll just be a burden and a dead body. So, the best way to help is from a far. When Ansell saves Blake, he'll make a stronger earthquake.

Harvey glares fiercely towards Sean. "Sean, run!" he says. If they all die, at least Sean is saved… 3 deaths is better than 4 deaths, right?

Sean begins to panic as he runs away. Seeking help isn't an option. It'll take too long. Running away? He feels like he should help. His power can help them... if it's strong enough.

Ansell grabs his pocket knife. Worse case scenario? Death. But, it'll be worth it if Blake is saved. Without rethinking, he collects all his courage, bites his lips, hold his breath... Then, jumps on the bear's head and pokes its eye before the bear could do anything. The bear lets go of Blake and stands up with 2 feet in shock. "HARVEY!" he shouts as he loses his grip and falls to the ground hard.

He feels pain on his leg and sees a red thing on his jeans... Blood? He sees that bear has a line of spikes on its back. So, it:s not a grizzly, it's a Caddawk bear. That's why the earthquake didn't bother him, you need to crack grounds for a Caddawk. Harvey can't do that yet. He can't crack it big and wide enough for a Caddawk. This is just makes things worse… He stands up, stumbling a few times. The scar is quite deep. He clenches his teeth as he holds his pain. He has to move fast, Caddawk bear can regenerate itself. Caddawk is a monster.

He grabs Blake's hand and carries him on his back then, runs… faster and faster every second. Blake's body is like a waterfall of blood. After Harvey sees that they're far enough from the bear. He creates a more powerful earthquake, the bear falls but its eyes already regenerate fully.

"it's a Caddawk!" Ansell shouts, Harvey widens his eyes. He can't stop a Caddawk, his power isn't ready for that. Caddawk has higher balance than any bears and an amazing vision, so that's why their powers didn't work as expected.

Meanwhile, Sean decided that he should stay and help. He couldn't climb a tree so he hides behind a big one. He's already scared as hell but, after he hears what Ansell had said, his heart is about to explode and he couldn't calm down. I'm gonna die… I'm gonna die… and I'm not ready. He can already vision his grave… R.I.P Seanan Mitchellson. He couldn't bare looking at them. He can hear the earthquake from Harvey and Ansell's very fast footsteps.

They're in trouble… the bear is still chasing them. Is this real life? Why did I just decided to help?! Goodbye mother... He should help them as fast as possible, but he can't use his power when he's in panic or nervous. He can't concentrate well. The only thing that can calm him down, is cigarettes. But, he can't just smoke in a middle of a forest. That's against the law. But, Is this the time to think about laws or life?

Meanwhile, The bear is only a feet away from Ansell. Their hearts thump faster and faster. Each worry about their own lives and others. Blake is already bleeding a lot... He has lost a lot of blood. Blake, don't die… Don't die, please. Blake's already in a state where death is better than living. "Let me go! It's okay," Blake says, surrendering, sobbing of pain. This is slow death…

"No... You'll live," Ansell says, sounding so desperately. He runs faster, as fast as he could ever be... until they finally got far enough from the bear. But, not far enough to make the bear surrender and leaves.

As they already get near Harvey "Take him… I'll distract," Ansell says, then gives Blake to Harvey. Harvey carries Blake and runs. Ansell runs to another direction, planning that the bear will chase him instead. But, as he looks back, it keeps chasing Blake. Blake has way more blood dripping all over and blood attracts a Caddawk… Why didn't I think about that??! Fear and worry starts to fully take control as he runs back.

"ANSELL!" Harvey shouts. What do I do? What am I gonna do? Harvey's not a runner. He doesn't run 20 laps everyday, like Ansell. The bear quickly got itself head to head with them. Harvey makes a stronger, larger earthquake behind him without looking, hoping the bear falls and just never gets back up and goes to hell if that's possible.

But, the earthquake can only stumbles the bear. It's not strong enough. The bear gets up and growls very loud. There's one thing the earthquake does successfully, making Ansell falls. He wasn't aware of the earthquake. He falls on his back, producing a quite loud bang, making the bear looks back. He feels the bruise on his back, this sucks. Luckily, the head is still okay. The earthquake is gone. The bear stares at him. He trembles and doesn't know what to do. He's scared to the state where you can hear your heartbeat. His skin feels the bear's strong breath.

He glances towards Blake. Is he okay? Blake starts to lose control of his flying life. He keeps blinking slowly. He's dying and needs treatment now. His heart sinks, he can't die just now... Blake needs him.

Harvey just stands there, unable to do anything. He can't make another earthquake without harming Ansell. They're too close. Why can't I do something?

Well, at least, I can be the bait... for Blake. "Harvey… go!" Ansell says then squirms his eyes as the bear's about to attack… it's the end.

As the bear's mouth is opened and only a centimetre away from Ansell, everyone and the bear smell something smoky, making the bear hesitates to eat Ansell for a second. Black thunder immediately surrounds his head and front legs. It all happens before Ansell can completely opens his eyes. Ansell immediately crawls to Harvey safely. His mind is blank. what just happened?

Caddawk cancels the black thunders and sprints towards Sean angrily. Its eyes are fiercer than before. Sean's heart skips a beat, he never thought that Caddawk is this strong to fight back. What the hell did I just do? He freezes in panic, his goose bumps rises and his whole body is trembling. The bear runs twice as fast as before, quickly got near Sean before you would know it.

Ansell runs to safe Sean, hoping that he's in time. Harvey immediately creates his most powerful earthquake, draining all of his energy that's left at Caddawk, before it eats his head. The bear stumbles, this time, it's about to fall. But, unexpectedly manages to raise a claw and attack Sean on the head, pushing Sean to the side. Sean falls hard, like a weak leaf got blown by wind. His head slams an old, big, textured tree, the same tree that he hid behind, unforgiving-ly hard. You can even hear the head crash miles away.

Ansell grabs out his pocket knife and jumps on the almost falling bear. He stabs the bear on the neck this time for a few times and immediately jumps off as the bear begin to growl painfully and finally falls.

Sean's head is bleeding, but fortunately, he's still conscious. He squirms his eyes and clenches his fist. The ringing in the ears pains him. All he sees is red. This can't be real, but it is. He starts to get back up as he begins to feel the pain slowly. His whole body is numb and all wobbly. He needs to be quick, before Caddawk could attack again. He lets out black thunder once more and gestures Ansell to stay still.

He points towards the target, to raise his focus. Then in a blink of an eye, black thunder surrounds the whole bear who's regenerating. His vision is a blur and the constant ringing is like a stab on his ears. Blood, streaming down from his head, coloring his shirt. The pain starts to feel like hell. Awful is an understatement. He's holding his tears.

The bear fights back, trying to get out from his magic... Black thunder starts to fade away on some areas. This… is the strongest Black thunder he's ever made and it's not even strong enough. He bites his lip, you can see flashes of fear in his gray eyes. He's in worry but, not surprised. His power is to stun humans, objects, and animals, not monsters… If he pushes himself to make a stronger one, he might overlimit his power and that means a painful suicide. But, the priority, right now, is to escape, no matter the cost. If he doesn't succeed, there'll be no hope. Harvey's energy is all drained already from the last earthquake. Ansell's power isn't for things like this.
