No one could guessed what my dream is. That for me is bewildering, especially since no one really has a clue anymore. It's not even something fancy. Most people achieve it without knowing. For some they're just born in that situation.
I don't know on how to stretch a chapter out and since this is just about random musings, without a proper storyline or something... I'd just type away randomly.
As a kid one usually dreams of being a professional. Or some just go for what their parents/parent do. But back when I was first asked that question way back in pre-school, I remembered how it took a few days for me to answer it. My teacher at that time didn't even remember that I didn't tell my answer on the day she asked everyone. It really bugged me for days since I started to consider tons of random stuff. Like...
On how important that is.
If it's a permanent answer.
What if I wanna change it.
Is there a right answer to that question?
What do I want to be.
What do dreams even mean.
Others said stuff like police, doctor, and other stuff but, why did I almost say that my dream was I saw someone who I don't know when I slept.
What is my father's job?
What's my mom's job?
Do I need to have a dream?
And tons of nonsensical stuff...
In the end, days after the question was asked, I suddenly blurted out... "I don't know."
Out of the blue. A bit loud.
My teacher smiled and just continued to lead us to the napping area.
I don't think she even know for what that is.
My friend back then just said me too, also without asking what I mean or what I didn't know.
As I grew up, that question still bothered me sometimes. But what I usually answer is the first job that came to mind when I'm asked.
When I finally have made up my mind on to what my dream was, I already was in college.
It wasn't even a job.
My dream is to be happy and content.
