Sephyrus keeps walking forward, in a direction only he knows but cares not to share, and Atelier doesn't think it's a very good idea. She would rather they stay in one spot and wait for the guardians to come for them. Surely they are coming.
But Sephyrus won't stop, and she doesn't want to be on her own, so she trails after him. She struggles to keep up though. He has unusually large steps. To make matters worse, hunger is starting to get to her. Biting her lips, she wraps her arms around her stomach.
The silence in the forest is strange and it makes her uncomfortable. After what seems like forever, she finally finds it in her to voice her worry to the guardian. "It's so quiet, isn't it?" she begins. "We're the only ones making noise."
"Then maybe you should /stop/ making noise," Sephyrus simply says, hardly worried at all. "If you want to stay alive, shut up and come quiet."
