"LORD ZIN PLEASE RECONSIDER!"
Isabel pleaded to him.
"Forgive me, young princess.
Once a king's family has been threatened he has no choice to but defend them."
Zin said as Amara laughed.
"Brave but altogether foolish.
Now seeing as to how I challenged you, the right to pick how we should compete is your choice."
Zin shrugged and thought for a moment.
"Hmmm, I can't think of anything you pick."
Zin told him to everyone's surprise.
"Why?"
Isabel thought.
"He could have picked something Amara has no experience in. Then he may have stood a chance. Why did he give the right to choose to him Amara?"
She thought to herself trying not to break down.
Amara started to laugh as he crossed his arms.
"Fine, then it shall be a one on one duel.
There will be no time limit; the duel will continue until the other is no longer able to stand. There are no restrictions, fight with whatever means you find necessary."
Zin held his hand out to Amara.
"It's a deal then."
Amara, at first confused, shook Zin's hand.
"A deal indeed. So where shall we commence our duel?"
"The Colosseum isn't fully repaired yet."
Garen said.
"Perhaps we should wait until then."
Garen said trying to prolong the duel.
"No, this duel will happen tonight."
Amara demanded.
"The ocean should be fine then."
Zin said, walking towards a window.
The royal dining room had a large open view facing the ocean.
"The ocean?"
Lady moon questioned
"There's nothing to stand on."
Zin laughed as he called for Jikan.
Jikan appeared next to him bowing.
"Yes, your majesty?"
"Would you mind making us a stadium to fight on?"
"Of course my lord."
Without any hesitation, Jikan stood upright and pointed two fingers up.
The ground started to shake as something started to rise from the ocean.
It was 5 miles off the coast of the island.
When a large chunk of the earth came rising from the sea.
It was 600ft wide and perfectly smooth and flat.
It was made out of gray rocks from the bottom of the seafloor.
Amara scoffed at the sight of this.
"Not bad for an advisor."
He said crossing his arms
"It's massive!"
Garen said in awe as the world leaders were all impressed.
All but Clockwork he kept his composure and took no notice of this.
He continued to sit in his chair and eat his food.
"Let's go."
Amara said as he leaped out of the window and
towards the fighting stage.
"Ara, could you make a drawing for papa?"
Ara smiled and nodded.
She quickly ran to the table and started to draw with crayons given to her by Alice.
Zin was about to leap out the window when Isabel grabbed his sleeve.
"Please...please don't do this."
She said with tears were coming down her face.
"It was your father wasn't it?"
Isabel looked up in surprise as Zin turned to her and held her hand.
"The reason you're shaken up about me having to fight him. Is it because he killed your father?"
The tears began to run down her face uncontrollably.
"I was young when it happened.
My father always had this warm energy in him. He'd always find a way to make me happy when I was feeling scared or alone. He tried to teach my brother Amara how to have mercy and that strength wasn't everything.
He never listened, he never listened to anyone.
He was always too strong to control.
One day in rage Amara killed a castle guard.
My father, outraged at this, tried to have him placed under arrest.
My brother challenged my father to a duel and said he would have to pick between his life and my life.
With no other choice, he accepted the duel. My father was the strongest world leader at the time but even he didn't stand a chance."
"So that's why everyone fears him."
Zin said
"Because he killed his father. Who used to be the strongest in the world."
Isabel nodded as she fell to her knees.
"He beat my father to a bloody pulp and made the whole kingdom watch. Then he made him choose between my life and his.
Without hesitation with a smile on his face, he said.
Take my life and spare my daughter.
Before he slashed his throat he looked at me with a smile and said.
I love you more than anything."
Years' worth of pain and suffering came flowing out of Isabel's tears.
As she felt a hand on top of her head.
She looked up and saw Zin kneeling before her.
"You've been a brave young princess.
I understand your pain and I wish to heal it.
For when this fight is over the burdens that have been placed on you shall be lifted. I will be here to guide you.
Do you trust me?"
Isabel sniffled and nodded her head.
"Good I'm off then."
Zin stood in front of the window ready to leap out.
"Lord Zin,"
Isabel said standing straight up
"Please be careful."
Zin looked over his shoulder and raised his left arm and gave her a thumbs up.
In the blink of an eye, he was gone and now standing on the fighting stage with Amara.
"It's about time I thought you might have run off."
Amara uncrossed his arms and cracked his neck.
"I'm not the running away type."
Zin said, staring to draw his sword.
"What the?"
Alice said in acknowledgment.
"Lord Zin is drawing his sword?"
Zin spun his sword around and then held it in front of him.
"Configurations b-2."
The sword glowed white as it extended in length.
It started to become more circular around the edges.
Finally, it turned into a bow staff.
Zin spun it around and stabbed it into the ground.
He took off his coat and hung it on top of the bow staff.
"Oh, I see that makes more sense."
She said letting out a breath of relief.
Zin started to stretch his arm.
As they were covered in battle wounds and scars.
Most of them had already faded away.
Zin was also much more fit than expected.
Zin put on a pair of fingerless gloves.
Zin then began to stretch his legs.
"Ya know you should probably stretch before you fight me, Amara."
"Don't be ridiculous."
"Suit yourself."
Zin said, touching his toes before standing straight back up.
"I have a question before we begin.
Why did you kill your father?"
"Another foolish question.
It's obvious he was weak, he did not have the strength required to lead our people. I left to increase my power so that none could have a chance at beating me. I left my mother with the task of strengthening our forces. How she has failed once again falls upon me to uphold the values of strength."
"The value of strength you say?"
"Hmph, we've had enough of this talk."
"Fine be me I've finished stretching anyway."
Zin took a boxing stance.
"Hmph,"
Amara said as he leapt towards Zin.
Amara punched at Zin with his right fist.
Zin leapt over this and landed right behind him.
Amara quickly spun around with a kick.
Behind each attack unleashed a massive amount of blue flames.
The kick unleashed a slash of blue flames.
Zin ducked under the kick and turned towards Amara.
Amara pulled his right hand back and launched a palm fist at Zin.
Zin swayed his head back dodging the blow.
Amara palm fist shoots out more blue flames reaching the edges of the stage.
Zin back flipped and landed on the other side of the stage.
Amara front flipped at Zin.
As he spun in the air he generated more flames from the bottom of his right foot.
Amara slammed the ground with his right, sending a wave of blue flames.
The waves were over 60ft high.
Zin chuckled as he jumped over the wave of flames and landed on the side.
"Come now surely the strongest man in the world is capable of more than this."
Amara scoffed and threw his coat away.
"You've proven to be very slippery but I'll take care of that."
Amara held his right arm back as a ball of blue flame appeared.
"Aoi honō nage!"
Amara shouted as he threw the blue flame at Zin.
The flame was the size of a large cannon ball.
Zin chuckled as he backhanded it into the ocean.
"Is that all?"
Amara put both his hands together as he started to shoot out rapidly hundreds of balls of blue flames.
Zin with one had kept smacking them away.
"Burūinferuno!!"
Amara shouted as a giant blue vortex of flames was shot at Zin.
The vortex was so large that it covered the entire stage.
People on the far side of the island could see it.
Luckily Zin was standing on the side of the stage that was facing the ocean so the attack wouldn't hit the island.
The vortex erupted in a giant flaming blue explosion.
The smoke and dust soon cleared as Zin was nowhere to be seen.
Amara stood straight up as he smiled with pride.
"You might want to start taking this seriously."
Zin said behind Amara, placing one hand on his shoulder.
Amara quickly swung his fist behind.
Zin caught the back hand and pulled Amara in closer.
Amara grunted as he lit his hand ablaze.
However Zin did not flinch.
"Is it chilly out here to you or is it just me?"
Zin said as he let go of Amara's arm.
Amara leapt back, tightening his fist so much blood started to drip from his hand.
"A-a-amazing lord Zin is fighting evenly with Amara."
Isabel was in complete shock by what she was seeing.
No one was able to ever compete with her brother.
"I'll burn you to a crisp."
Amara proclaimed he held his hand to the sky and a dark blue trident came flying down into his hand.
"It took me one year to forge this trident. Using my flames at their maximum to melt down the metals of this black ore. My strength increased just from having to melt such a metal.
It was truly excruciating, however the results were more than satisfactory. Now I have a weapon that no one can break. One that can take my flames to their maximum, now I no longer have to hold back."
Amara swung his trident creating and took his stance creating a small gust of wind.
"Well then let's see what you can do."
Zin said, taking his stance once more.
Amara swung his trident down unleashing a slash attack.
He sent a wave of blue flames at Zin.
Zin leapt to the left dodging the attack.
Amara swung his trident 10 more times, sending more blue flames at Zin.
"Aoi surasshu nami."
Amara said as the flames approached Zin.
Zin swayed left and right dodging the first two.
He leapt over the next one and backflip over the next three.
Zin deflected the next five and sent them flying into the ocean.
Amara charged at Zin with his trident and thrusted it at his chest.
Zin dodge to the left.
Amara spun his Trident and swung it towards Zin.
Zin ducked under the attack and spun around to the other side of Amara.
Amara swung his trident behind him to stab Zin.
Zin leapt over it and landed in front of Amara.
"You're a remarkable type right?
So you can use all other core types without fail.
The trident is clearly your weapon type so what are the other ones?"
Zin asked Amara.
Amara held his left hand out at Zin and shot out blue flames at him.
Amara held his left hand out and summoned a double sided Trident to his left hand.
Amara lit the two sides of the trident on fire and threw it at Zin.
Zin smiled as he grabbed the trident, spun around and threw back it at Amara.
With his other Trident Amara smacked it away.
"RAAAAAAAAGH!!!"
Amara's entire body was covered in blue flames as his anger grew.
"I'll KILL YOU!!"
Amara's anger reached new heights that anyone would dare make him put this much effort into a fight.
The color of his flames started to darken.
As his blue flames were now a very dark blue sinister.
His eyes glowed with blue flames.
"So just a recap, your weapon type is a trident, your element type is blue flames.
Your enhancer ability is that you can enhance your own resistance to your flames so you can make them as strong as you want.
That one was easy to figure out.
Hmmmm upon closer inspection it seems you've only mastered three of the core types."
Amara pointed his Trident at Zin.
"How could you possibly know all of that?"
After hearing what Amara said Zin chuckled to himself as he quickly recomposed himself.
"Ah I see your sister didn't tell you everything about the conversation we had.
My eyes can read a person's core so I can see what ability they have.
Right now I can only see that you have three."
Amara started to laugh.
"I see so that's how you keep on managing to dodge me.
Your eyes are quite perceptive. You're reading my movements and reacting to them."
"Tell me Amara what does the value of strength mean to you?"
Zin pointed at Amara as he laughed at this question.
"Strength is the absolute power in this world.
The weak build their forces, their armies only to hide their own weaknesses. They hide the fact that they are too weak to accomplish anything, without all these theatrical games. They make plans to overthrow one another, when the solution is obvious. However they lack the strength so I will do what should have been long ago. I will start the next Great War and only the strong will survive while the weak shall die and wither out."
Amara took his stance while Zin crossed his arms.
"I see so you're just a complete idiot."
Amara charges at Zin at lightning speeds.
Zin leaps into the air dodging the attack.
Amara looked up and saw Zin floating in the air.
Zin floated down and landed behind Amara.
Amara slowly turned around with a smile on his face.
"PAPA! Look! I MADE YOU SOMETHING!"
Ara said holding up a drawing of a rose that had been colored Red,blue and green.
Zin turned towards her and smiled.
"It's beautiful dear Papa loves it."
"Pay attention!"
Amara shouted leaping at Zin and swinging his
fist at him.
Zin without turning his head caught Amara fist and paid no attention to him.
"Papa will come have a closer look when he's done.
Now as for you."
Zin slowly turned his head around towards Amara.
"Sorry but my daughter is watching so I'm going to show off a bit."
Zin pulled Amara down towards the ground and kicked him in the face.
Amara spun around and landed on his back.
"Impossible!"
Queen Idrum said.
"No one's ever managed to even land a hit on Amara, let alone knock him on his back."
She yelled in a outrage.
Amara leapt to his feet his rage reaching new heights.
"YOU BASTARD!"
He said swinging his trident down at Zin.
Zin dodge the trident and punched Amara in the face.
Zin continued his onslaught of attacks beating Amara to a pulp.
Amara thrusted his trident Forward through Zin.
However Zin had disappeared and appeared behind him.
"How did you?"
Amara said looking over his shoulder.
"It's an afterimage you should branch out more."
Zin said as he punched Amara in the face and sent him flying across the stage.
Amara broke his fall with his trident and grunted.
He summoned one hundred flaming tridents and launched them at Zin.
Zin ran towards him swiftly dodging and easily dodging each trident.
Zin spun around and elbowed Amara in the face.
Amara fell backwards, before he fell all the way Zin grabbed his shirt and head butted him.
He kneed him in the gut and than let go of him as Amara tired to catch his breath after Zin knocked the wind out him.
It took a few minutes before Amara caught his breath.
Zin grabbed Amara by his hair and lifted him up.
"Is that all prince?"
Zin tossed him to the side, Amara stumble around at first before catching himself and landing on his feet. Amara was breathing heavily as Zin looked at him with a smirk.
"What's wrong? I thought you were the strongest being in the world, is this all you muster little prince?"
Amara anger spiked at Zin's words as he leapt 1,000ft into the air.
He used the flame under his feet to fly in the air.
"I'll KIll YOU!!"
Amara declared as he raised his trident into the sky and a giant blue fire ball appeared above him.
"THIS FIRE BALL HAS ENOUGH POWER TO DESTROY AN ENTIRE CONTINENT!!"
Everyone watching started to panic as Amara got ready to launch his attack.
"This is bad if he launches that attack everyone on the island will be done for."
Garen said freighted.
Soul began to talk to Clockwork in his head.
"Oy Clockwork if this guy kills everyone we'll lose all these tasty souls.
Let's kill him before that happens."
Soul demanded
"Calm down Soul no one is going to die today."
Clockwork said taking a sip of tea.
Amara finished charging his attack.
"YOUR DEATH HAS COME, HERE HAVE IT
BLUE FLAME HAKAI!!!!"
Amara swung his Trident down as the giant ball of flame launched down towards Zin.
Amara started to laugh as the ball of fire slowly began to fall.
"How do you like that no ones is surviving this! Not you, your men, the people here or your daughter!"
Amara burst into laughter as he looked down and saw that the ball had stopped.
"What the!?"
He shouted in disbelief as the ball started to rise upward back towards him.
Soon the ball was completely over his head and Zin was standing under it holding it up with one hand.
Zin started to shrink the ball until it fit into the palm of his hand.
"You're powerful I'll give you that. However you're a complete amateur when it comes to battle and you have no idea how to use your power."
Zin said as he started to close his hand.
"You're merely throwing your power around.
No technique, no defense at all. A true warrior feels his opponent out every bit of information is vital in a fight.
You didn't even try to figure out my abilities.
Kodai no inshō."
Zin said as glowing white bandages appeared from behind him and restrained Amara.
"What are these? I'll just burn right through them."
Amara tried to burn through them but his flames wouldn't come out.
"What's happening?"
He kept trying to break free with no success.
"You've used up all your power and even if you hadn't you still wouldn't be able to break through those bandages."
Zin floated down with Amara being carried by the bandages.
The two landed back in the stage as Amara fell down face first and his stomach.
Zin sat on top of him and sighed.
"I think we can call this match over."
Zin said as Amara continued to struggle.
"I thought you would've preformed better after training with Tyson. Seems whoever got a hold on your mind has weaken you.
Don't worry my friend I'll help you out of this."
Amara looked up at Zin confused.
"What are you talking about?"
Amara demanded his answer.
"The first time you left you were training with Tyson."
Zin stood up and ushered for Z.
Z nodded
"So um how do I get over there?"
He questioned as he felt a hand in his shoulder.
He looked up and saw Jikan.
Jikan teleported him next to Zin.
"Thank you Jikan."
Zin said patting Z on the back.
"Now Z someone's gotten a hold of his mind I need you to break the connection."
"I understand what you need me to do, but are you sure I can handle this?"
Zin smile and nodded
"Of course of do Zolomon, if anything happened I'll pull you out and break the connection."
Z nodded and took a deep breath.
He walked towards Amara and knelt in front of him.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!"
Amara shouted still trying to break free.
Z placed his hand on Amara's head and closed his eyes.
Suddenly Z started to feel hot as if he was surrounded by fire.
He opened his eyes and saw that he was surrounded by raging blue flames.
He looked in front of himself and saw Amara wrapped in dark green chains.
"H-help me, please."
The chained up Amara pleaded.
Z nodded his head and focused all his power to break Amara free.
The flames around them turned towards them and formed spears of flames.
"We'll that can't be good."
Z said as he started to evaporate the chains faster.
The flaming spears all launched at Z, as they were all brushed away with a strong wind.
"Keep focusing no flame shall harm you."
Zin said standing behind him.
Z nodded as he continued to evaporate the chains.
Zin keeps the flames from getting to Z.
"Lord Zin these chains feel like, like they we're put here by an IT."
Z was halfway done with his work as the flames started to calm down.
"I saw the chains on his mind when I first saw him. I could've broken them however the chains had quite a grip on him. If I had just shattered them it would have hurt both Amara and Isabel."
"Isabel too?"
Z work was nearly done.
"Yes however the chains grip on her is much weaker than Amara. When I first meant her I had already planted some of my energy in her mind and started to take the chains down. This way the IT wouldn't notice and tighten her grip causing more mental damage to the princess."
Zin looked around as the flames fully died down.
Zin turned around and saw the chains were gone, he patted Z on the back.
"Good job."
"T-thank you sir."
Z said exhausted.
Amara stood up and now freed from his chains.
"Thank you."
Zin nodded as Amara disappeared in blue flames.
"Let's get out here."
Zin said as he snapped his fingers and the two of them were back on the fighting stage.
Z started to fall backwards when Zin caught him.
Zin waved his hand in front of Z face.
"He's completely unconscious you did good son."
Zin said standing up holding Z in his arms.
"Um lord Zin do you think you could take these off me now."
Amara said laying on the ground.
"Oh right sorry."
Zin snapped his fingers and the bandages holding Amara, flew and wrapped around Zin's left arm.
Zin put his coat back on and his spear turned back into a sword and hung on his side.
Amara stand up and started to brush himself.
"It's okay sir, but was it really necessary to beat me up?"
Amara asked him.
"Unfortunately yes, the IT that got a hold of had quite the grip. Z is also an IT but he's not as powerful as you. The IT would've used your flames to kill him the moment he arrived in your core world. So I needed to have you waste all your energy. Now come it's time to save your sister and expose the IT."
Zin said as the two leapt back over to where the others were.
"What's going on? Lord Zin do you and Amara know each other?"
Isabel asked.
Zin walked over to Alice and let her hold Z.
He knelt in front of Ara and patted her head.
"Watch over him okay."
He told as she giggled and nodded.
Zin stood back up and turned towards Isabel.
"I think it would be best princess if you took a step away from the Queen."
Zin said as the Queen stared to laugh.
"So you've figured me out."
She said as her eyes turned green.
"I suspected it was you from the start. The Queen of Dundrum was an IT deceiving the whole world."
Zin said as Isabel started to walk away from her mother.
"That can't be?"
She said confused and frightened.
"Wait a moment lord Zin I thought the ITS were all dead. Even if she was one shouldn't she have gone crazy and tried to control our minds?"
Garen questioned.
"Yes Lord Garen the ITS are all dead. However just like the first time we have no idea how an IT is born or where they come from. Idrum is apart of a new generation of ITS.
When they reach the age of 18 they will have an uncontrollable urge to take everything over.
That does leave second part, why hasn't she tired to take over all our minds.
It's quite simple really, she lacks the strength.
Just cause she's an IT doesn't necessarily mean she's strong.
Amara told me that the reason he dueled his father is because he had planned to plunge the world into a new war.
He fought and killed his father for the sake of the world and his sister.
He thought his sister would be safe with his mother.
However he didn't know that his mother was an IT who had been manipulating his father the entire time."
Zin told them as the news shocked everyone.
"Wait that doesn't make any sense that's not how I remember it!"
Isabel cried out.
"ITS can control the mind, however they can also change a person's memories.
She took control of Amara mind and changed your memories.
So you would see him as the violent killer she wanted everyone to see.
All she had to do was spread the word of how unpredictable and dangerous her son was. Everyone would believe her because well he killed the last king.
So why shouldn't they fear him.
Why don't you tell us what happened Idrum?"
Zin said as everyone stood as far away as possible from her.
Idrum started to laugh as she looked towards everyone with an evil smile.
"You really quite clever Zin, however if you think I'll give you the satisfaction of telling you my plans you are surly mistaken.
If I can't have Amara mind than I shall take yours."
She pointed her hand at Zin trying to take his mind.
However no matter how hard she tried, she could not enter his mind.
"What's going on why can't I get inside his head?"
She thought to herself as Zin chuckled.
"You had such a hard time controlling him, did you really think you could control me?"
Zin started to walk towards her with his hands in his pocket.
Idrum started to tremble in fear.
She looked around the room for a means to escape.
She saw Ara standing next to Alice and thought.
"I'll take his daughter's mind he won't be able to do anything than."
She pointed her hand at Ara however her arm was quickly grabbed by Jikan.
"Let go of me!"
She demanded she tried to take Jikan mind however she couldn't feel her powers.
"What's going on? Who is this man?"
She thought to herself as Zin stood right in front of her.
"Thank you Jikan."
Zin took his left hand out his pocket and grabbed his visor.
He lifted it a little as Idrum saw his eye.
"What is that? Something like that couldn't possibly belong to a human."
She quivered in fear at the sight of it.
"This eye,"
Zin's voice said in her head
"Only belongs to the true king."
His voice echoed in her head.
As he slipped his visor back on.
"You can let go now Jikan."
Jikan let go of Idrum arm as it fell to her side.
She just stood there with no emotion.
She didn't move, blink or anything.
Only breath and stand still.
Zin stood to the side of her said.
"Now tell us what was your plan Idrum."
Zin commanded as she nodded and began to speak.
"When I first awoke as an IT I knew I was too weak to control the whole worlds mind.
So instead I took control of my husband mind the king. I made him want war and seek to destroy others.
However Amara was stronger than I had predicted.
He challenged him to a duel and won.
He killed his father for the sake of world and his family.
Amara didn't know I was an IT, after he was forced to kill his father he became lost.
He left the kingdom in search of purpose.
The only people who saw the duel was my daughter and I.
I took this opportunity to change her memories of the events, so that when Amara returned I could take control of his mind and continue my plans for world domination.
Amara returned and I did not hesitate to take control of his mind.
However when I did I saw that he had went to Seiketsu.
I saw mere glimpses of there strength and the size of there army.
I immediately knew that if I wanted to take this world I would need that army.
However Amara had become so powerful I had a hard time controlling him.
So instead I would have my daughter marry the king so that we would have a claim to the throne.
With Amara under my control no one in the world could stop me.
However he was much more powerful than his father.
Making him harder to control.
He left again for an unknown reason only to return. I still had a hold on him I just needed to make sure nothing would aggravate him, and all would be well."
She finished
explaining her plan, as Zin took a step forward.
"Amara fixation on me wasn't because he wanted to kill, but because deep down he knew I could help him.
He left because his instinct told him to, he didn't know why. Until he heard of his mothers plan to have her daughter marry me.
His instinct than told him to go after me. Hence why I aggravated him, to weaken the grip she had on him and free him of his chains."
Zin explained to them as Clockwork started to chuckle.
"I see,"
He said standing up
"You didn't come here to see the games you came for two reasons.
To expose that Idrum was an IT and who was truly the strongest in the world.
Am I right lord Zin?"
Clockwork asked as he stood right in front of him.
Zin chuckled and put his hand on his shoulder and whispered in his ear.
"I sense your holding back a lot of power yourself Mr.Clockwork.
I see that it's buried deep within your soul."
He said as he walked past him as Clockwork chuckled and said.
"You do have good eyes.
I've seen everything I need to see."
Clockwork left the room.
Zin walked up to Isabel and placed his hand on her head.
"Allow me to remove those chains from your mind."
Zin said as she nodded.
Zin pulled out green chains from her head and evaporated them.
Isabel started to fall as Amara caught her.
"What happened?"
Amara asked Zin
"She's been carrying more than just these chains around. I've lifted more than just their weight, for the first time her life your sister finally feels free."
He said as he pointed to her face.
Amara looked at her and saw that she was smiling.
"It's time for us to go we've accomplished everything we've set out to do.
Amara you shall remain here along with Kuro and No.7 who are present on this island.
They've been instructed to make sure you and your sister come to Seiketsu safely."
Zin told him as Amara nodded.
"Jikan if you will?"
Zin asked him
Jikan nodded and opened a portal.
Zin held his hand out and Amara quickly ran over and grabbed it.
"LORD ZIN!"
Lady Moon shouted
"Excalibur what else do you know of the sword?!"
She demanded to know.
Zin looked back at her over his shoulder.
"If you think I have it you are mistaken.
The sword I carry is Hikari no tsurugi or the sword of light. I do not know the whereabouts of excalibur."
Zin turned towards the portal and walked through it.
Alice followed carrying Z.
Jikan pushed Idrum into the portal and walked in as well.
The portal closed leaving the world leaders only to wonder just how powerful Zin and Seiketsu really is.
"What do you think Soul?"
Clockwork asked him.
"Hmmm Amara we can definitely kill if it came down to it. However I would prefer to take his soul.
As for Zin he will prove to be more challenging.
We'll have to take more than just people who are on this island souls to beat him.
I may have to call in some of my friends."
Clockwork laughed when he heard Soul say this.
"What's so funny?"
Soul asked him
"Forgive me it's just hard to imagine you having friends."
Clockwork walked through the palm forest.
"Whatever let's just focus on the here and the now. All the preparations have been made?"
Soul questioned.
"Yes, either we take the soul of every person here or they will die."
To be continued in chapter 27
