I was awoken by something moving my body and I lazily opened my eyes to find the ground moving beneath me. I was confused for a second until I remembered the night events and I caught a whiff of Alex's cologne. I heard a door open before we were engulfed in darkness with a nightstand lamp as our only source of light and I closed my eyes again. I felt Alex bend over and dip one knee on a bed before laying me down carefully.
I grabbed his hand when he was about to leave.
"Please don't leave." I said opening my eyes.
"I thought you were asleep." He told with a raised eyebrow.
"I was, I just woke up in the hallway." I said looking sheepishly.
"You should sleep." He told with a soft voice.
"Stay with me then." I bargained "Please." I pleaded when I saw him hesitating a little.
"Fine." He sighed then looked around my room before removing the hand that was stopping him from leaving making me frown.
